Pros:

Locatie, centrum Eindhoven. Ondergrondse parkeergarage en eenvoudig maar prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Luxe kamer met airco en rustige ligging geboekt. Airco ging kapot, personeel hield me niet op de hoogte en aan het lijntje voor twee uur en gaf aan dat er waarschijnlijk geen andere kamer beschikbaar was. Toen ik zei dat ik anders zou gaan en geld terug wilde, was er binnen 5 minuten wel een kamer beschikbaar. Met airco, maar wel aan drukke straatkant en stuk kleiner. Geen tegemoetkoming vanuit hotel (niet eens een drankje). Ondanks de perfecte locatie geen aanrader. Eerste foto de eerste kamer waar airco kapot was, tweede foto tweede kamer.

Pros:

Really good location: downtown is close, a few grosseries shops around. Huge and comfortable park is in 10 minutes.
I also appreciate a pleasans staff on reception and decent free coffee on reception. Also, for those who are interested, a quite good coffeeshop is in 100m from entrance ;)

Cons:

I would change a mattress in a room because it is too soft and I've got a spine ache after a night in the hotel. This is the first occurence in my trips.

Pros:

We had very short stay. Bed is big and comfortable, bathroom spacious and clean.

Cons:

There is no AC so it was incredibly hot in the room. Furniture is outdated, chairs had stains all over. Room is not like in the pictures.

Peaceful yet convenient
Pros:

We had a great stay. The hotel is located in a quieter part of Eindhoven, which made it very relaxing, while still being within easy walking distance of the city center with its bars, restaurants, and shopping streets.

The room was comfortable, and the staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Overall, a perfect combination of a peaceful location and convenient access to everything the city has to offer.
