Comfy, but disappointed
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the bed was massive

Cons:

The location on my room, I was in 190 and it felt like I had to walk around 5 minutes plus go through a fire escape just to get to my room. And I paid £100 for my room, just very very disappointed in that aspect. If it was cheaper, I wouldn’t have minded

A nice hotel and health club.
Pros:

This is large mid range hotel, which also has a very popular Gym, pool and health club. The rooms are comfortable and the dining area is a large American type sports bar which works well. The food offer was very basic standard rote pub fayre and, for a vegetarian, very limited indeed. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Comfortable stay friendly staff
Pros:

Love swimming pool and gym room and beds! Shame the showers were very powerful.
We came for an event but the food was 2hrs late coming out and there was no communication of apology for this which was poor. It meant everyone ate at 20:30 at night. The bar was well staffed and friendly. And plenty of service staff.

Great experience !
Pros:

The staff and facilities at this hotel deserve 5stars. 🤩👏 The blonde lady at the reception went above and beyond to help, the pub&grill staff were just as polite and the facilities are good. I recommend it.
