The staff
It was too busy ni privacy to get to the spa
The staff was nice
Its was too busy with people outside using the spa to get to the spa you have to pass a million people eating stading to privacy
Clean comfortable
No hot water when we woke in the morning. I reported this but had no message back informing me when this would be rectified
Facilities are great
Nothing
It was very modern , fresh , clean
The food price very expensive for what it is .
Facilities were good and comfortable
Thought the price of the breakfast was very expensive. and due to the international rugby resembled a sports bar.
Not what I wanted.
Room was clean and large with. Large enough for 4 adults sharing. Beds were very comfortable, we all had a good nights sleep and it was very quiet in the rooms. Only issues was that we were only given 2 towels for 4 people but we asked the cleaning staff and they happily provided us with more.
Only issues was that we were only given 2 towels for 4 people but we asked the cleaning staff and they happily provided us with more. The breakfast price on the day was not discounted but would have been if we prebooked.
The hotel reception staff, the rooms and the pub for dinner were excellent.
I have stayed at Thee Village Hotel, Maidstone every year for several years for work purposes. Previously our group were allowed an early continental breakfast at 0700 as we needed to leave at 0730. We had several conversations with the hotel reception staff, who in turn spoke to the kitchen to allow us this flexibility. We were told we could sit in the restaurant, and have our packed breakfast with coffee and tea. I separately requested a box of cereal instead of a croissant. On both days of our stay that weekend, we had to negotiate to get into the restaurant. On the Sunday the lady in the kitchen was quite rude to us, and frustrated that we wanted to sit in the restaurant area, and that I wanted a box of cereal.
Le lit. Excellent qualité. Peinture neuf.
D'être réveillé à 06h30 le matin par le music boom boom super forte de la salle de gym.. Très désagréable en vacances. Nouveau déco un peu froid pas de caractère.
Good location, right by the M20
Room was so dark, with a lack of lighting combined with dark coloured decor. A lack of hot water just made the experience even less positive. It’s a personal perspective, but the pub menu, design and vibe didn’t work for me!
Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, room was immaculate, bed was so comfy!
Could have done with more lighting in the room
