The room was large and amenities were great. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The sleeper sofa needed to be replaced, you could feel every spring through the paper thin mattress. Additionally, the carpet in the hallway is absolutely filthy.

Hotel is obviously convenient to the Tucson Mall and close to the Huckleberry bicycle trail

Just a bit disappointed. Will not return.
Pros:

The look of it was appealing.

Cons:

I was immediately double charged. Over $1100 for 1 night stay. The pool was not clean. The hot tub was green. Nothing like the pictures. When exiting the elevator to go to our room immediately the smell of the smells of the halls were unpleasant. The carpets were in rough shape. After checking out till now 1 day shy of a 2 weeks after checking out I have not been refunded my double charge or my incidental hold. Messaged them and they said check your bank. The bank has nothing to do with it. As they did not put the hold on my money. The hotel did all no money back. Sad.

El desayuno esta muy escaso, muy poca variedad y antes de las 10 a.m. ya no habia casi nada, y para ser fin de semana es muy temprano la hora de cierre.
