Pros:

Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das hervorragende Frühstücksbuffet und die zentrale, aber ruhige Lage.
Das fensterlose Zimmer im Gewölbe- Keller war sparsam eingerichtet und ohne Licht stockdunkel. So empfehle ich ein Nachtlicht für die Steckdose mitzubringen. WLAN funktionierte tadellos. Alles war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Gemeinschaftstoilette ist sehr klein und das einzige Miniwaschbecken taugt kaum zum Zähneputzen.

Prisvärt rum i källarplan, inte stort, men perfekt för mina behov; tyst och lugnt om natten.
Pros:

Utmärkt frukost, innehållsrik och varierad. Uppskattade den skivade honungsmelonen. Gott utbud av bröd, yoghurt, flingor, croissanter. Gott kaffe. Rena och snygga bord, använda fat plockas undan snabbt av personalen.

Cons:

Apelsinjuicen i frukosten alltför bitter – skal pressade tillsammans med fruktköttet?

Helt ok! Dock har juicen blivit sämre, mer utspädd med vatten nu.

Cons:

Säger alltid att jag vill ha ett digitalt kvitto och de lovar alltid att de ska skicka ett vid utcheckning. Det händer aldrig och jag behöver alltid fråga igen då jag kommit hem. Här behövs en bättre rutin för personalen :)

Pros:

Excelente hotel , buen desayuno, con personal muy amable. La habitación que me tocó no estaba bien iluminada. Pero es excelente para recorrer todo Estocolmo y disfrutar la ciudad. La verdad, hace 4 años que elijo este hotel siempre que voy. Pero esta vez , le baje un punto porque la habitación que me tocó no estaba bien iluminada. Habitación 31.

Jag gillar läget - är kund sedan tidigare på Rex o Hellsten. Gillar atmosfären och frukosten.

Cons:

Att jag tyvärr bokade via Booking - site - och ibland är det svårt att lätt hitta hotellets egen site.

Pros:

La gentilezza del personale, la pulizia, la colazione e la disponibilità di caffè e thè a tutte le ore.

Cons:

La dimensione della camera senza finestre dal vivo risulta veramente angusta rispetto alle foto. Avevamo 2 zainetti, ma se avessimo avuto due trolley non avremmo avuto modo di muoverci. Va aggiunto che le camere senza finestra sono nel semi interrato
