A fabulous play to stay. Beautiful villas, stunning location and a short walk to some great restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful and we loved the breakfast supplies, newspapers and pastries. Looking forward to going back.

We had an amazing stay at Motu and would highly recommend staying there! The outlook and views are amazing and we had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. The staff were fantastic and the personal touches were much appreciated.

We loved everything at Motu. It was small and intimate. Adults only. Very private. Immaculately clean villas and the whole property. Wonderful hospitality, with thoughtful surprise extras. Great locality to shopping and nearby restaurants. Fabulous, friendly, helpful staff.

We made a last minute decision to spend a few days in Rarotonga on our way to New Zealand. Motu Beachfront Villas turned it into one of the best vacation decisions ever. The property is immaculate and our villa gorgeous. We were met by the lovely Mii who immediately made us feel welcome. We were so appreciative of our upgraded villa complete with everything we needed - even snorkel equipment and food in the fridge. Mii even took us to the grocery to get the rest of the things we needed. There are several restaurants in walking distance and a car rental right next door should you need it.

The beach at Motu is beautiful with great snorkeling, kayaks are available as well, even a clear kayak if you're not a snorkeler. The pool and bar area are wonderful, too. We were sad we could not have stayed longer. We met another couple who were spending a month at Motu and we could easily see why. Motu is a slice of paradise and Mii a warm and beautiful hostess.

We had the pleasure of spending just over a week at Motu and we already cannot wait to come back! Everything was amazing from the villa, to the view, and all of the staff (especially Queen Kiki the resort cat). :)

We left Motu Beach a few days ago - the service, cleanliness, location and ambiance and airport transfers are outstanding. They added some very special touches at no extra charge for my girlfriend’s birthday!

I misplaced my car keys on the property and Mii was incredibly diligent in helping us find them. Turns out I left them in the refrigerator!!!

We always enjoy our stay at Motu Villas. Friendly and helpful team who look after the guests, great surroundings on a wonderful island, what's not to love.

Not only is the spot one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen but there is so much thoughtfulness about the accommodations, from snorkeling gear and delicious food supplied on arrival to instantaneous friendly help with restaurants, e-bikes and even finding a way to watch the World Series. Way to go, Tim & Lucile!

The Management & staff were wonderful, thoughtful touches with the newspaper delivered each morning & breakfast supplied on Sunday, Our bungalow was absolute beach front and very private, the best holiday by a long shot we have ever had.

The whole staff was extremely friendly. The room was like a little apartment well furnished. The location was great for snorkelling. We had a great welcoming with fresh fruit and vegetables, vine and beers in the fridge. Any thing to have a self-breakfast was provided.

Highly recommend Motu Villas. Small place with only 11 villas, it is very peaceful, and an amazing location right on the beach with amazing snorkelling and sea life straight off the beach. All the staff are super friendly. Thanks to Lucile, Tim & Mii, who were happy for a chat any time. Villa was very spacious with separate bedroom, and fully equipped kitchen. We had fresh fruit, bread, eggs, milk, butter, jam & honey on our arrival. We grabbed some supplies in Avarua CITC supermarket and that was our breakfast/lunch sorted for the week. Hired a car for a few days and also got the bus a few times. Walking distance to Little Polynesian, Moana Sands & Charlies for dinner. Borrowed the e-bikes and biked around the island one day (32km) – well worth it. Lovely pool & self-service bar. Will definitely come back here!

Motu is my favourite place on the planet. The villas are perfect, and to lay on the sun longer out the front looking at the shy through the palms, then out over the crystal aqua water is absolute bliss.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Managers Lucile, Tim and Mii and the rest of the staff were so accommodating and friendly and kept the place looking immaculate at any time of the day. Read the back story of the whole place and could see the love and passion poured in to the place. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay at Motu.

What a property! E-bikes, kayaks, and great snorkeling just steps away from our villa. The service was incredible!

Such a wonderful place to stay. Snorkelling on your doorstep is some of the best on the island. The e-bikes were great, we used them almost every day to get around the island. The outlook over the lagoon is beautiful and so relaxing. The staff are super friendly and helpful with lots of generous little touches that just bring this experience up a level. Absolutely can’t fault the place and we’d definitely stay again when we come back to Rarotonga.
