The evening staff person’s uncaring attitude. She actually said to me: ‘I get paid once a week so I don’t care’ , in response to my inquiry as to why she wanted me to write down on a paper attached to a clipboard my automobile information (for years motels/hotels have collected guest automobile information as part of their checking in process) but having a separate sign in sheet for this was my first encounter during my sixty plus years checking in a motel or hotel.

I requested a refund, and was given a total refund, however, the refund has not been credited back to my credit card.

Front desk floor needed vacuumed
The man at the front desk was not friendly at all, felt like we were putting him out

Cons:

We were there for 3 days and no housekeeping whatsoever. They didn't make the beds or bring us towels. They didn't come to our room at all.
