A peaceful stay
Pros:

The pool and the surrounding areas were lovely. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Pool and spa area was lovely. Hotel was nice and quiet despite it being busy - the space is well utilised.

Cons:

A few stained, rusty features in room - could do with a little update. Additionally, before booking and paying i hadn't realised I would need to pay extra for the pool usage unless booking direct.

Very disappointing gone downhill
Pros:

No one at reception when arrived waited 10 mins then had to go to the restaurant
Pool area no where to put clean towels all wet and messy
Hotel was so noisy til gone 1am then noisy again from 6am yet asked for quiet room
Room advertised as 4 poster definitely was not very disappointed
