Fantastic overnight stop pre cruise
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and good air con. Love the spa facilities, lovely swimming pool wotg plenty of sunbeds .
Gorgeous outdoor meadow bar in the summer .
Delicious buffet breakfast

Cons:

Nothing. Loved it all

Consistency is the key to a good hotel
Pros:

Easy and convenient when flying in from Australia. You always know what you are going to get which is convenient consistency.

Cons:

The spar use through booking.com was not free as it is with a direct booking yet the same price! When your booking multiple accommodations in advance you don’t have time to read all the small print

I will be going back for another stay
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was good . The rooms were a little dated but nice . Good facilities and great staff . Breakfast and bar were good . The Spa also looked good but i didnt have time to use it !

Cons:

I was woken up by people talking in the corridors at 1am . This happened on 2 nights .

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Location was well sign posted to get to. Great parking facilities. There was fresh lime water for tired guest which was a lovely thoughtful gesture.

Would of been perfect but for the pool charges
Pros:

Convenient when I’m coming in from Australia
You know what your getting and you get the same experience every time

Cons:

I booked through booking.com and was told I had to pay £15 to use the pool and spa facilities!
Didn’t have that Clear when I booked and I payed the same price as if I had booked direct.
Never been told it charged before so I was disappointed especially as I’m staying there on three different occasions when I’m over here and I have also booked my father in for a few days! They also have no rooms with just an ensuite shower in the main hotel which seems very short sighted for older guests
