Lunch was delicious. Club sandwiches, coronation chicken salad and the Reuben sandwich - good sized portions and very tasty. Shirley who served us was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Gave us some tips about optimising our hotel booking and booking with them directly. We all had a great time.
Quiet location with easy access to M27. Very good facilities. Good size rooms. Large, secure free car park. Helpful staff.
My bedroom was a connecting room to an adjacent room so could hear the very loud guests late at night. Very noisy air vent in bathroom, TV remote did not work. Apart from those details all very good.
Went for My graduation and the hotel was lovely situated near everything, LIDL shopping centre was across the road,KFC near by. I loved the milk and water dispensers, tennis court and the garden Meadows bar. Will visit again for the spa amenities 😅

Location good and nice communal areas
Room wasn’t clean and was put in a disabled access room which felt more the like a hospital room (did not request disabled access) and which had an ancient and very slow flowing electric shower. The walls were extremely thin so I had to listen to the very noisy family next door until late into the evening.
Lots of activities and space to lay down under the sun, play badminton or tennis, swim, sauna, steam bath, there’s a bar in the hotel and outside as well, coz we visited in summer.
Relaxing atmosphere.
Very appreciative with the way the room was set up to cater the children. Complimentary rainbow cookie and milk, with children’s gowns, slippers and a toiletry bag.
The spa was lovely and well maintained. The garden was especially nice.
Suggest more shade in the garden area, especially during the hot summer months. The bathroom in the room was nice, though dated. Needs modernising. Small moths were present in the bathroom.
Booked a overnight stay for myself husband and grandaughter this was a birthday treat for her , we have been before but her first time , we honestly had a fantastic stay , ballon’s and little birthday treats in our room , she loved it , her sofa bed was comfortable and she was impressed at her dressing gown , pool was lovely as was our sleep and all followed up with a great breakfast , we ate our evening meal in the Parsons Collar again that was lovely fresh and tasty , a nice meal at a decent price .
All the staff from check in to leaving are lovely , highly recommend the Solent Spa , this time I had no treatments but in the past iv had a lovely relaxing facial .

Lovely touch for children having goody bags on their bed with a cookie and drink - they were so excited! Everywhere wand clean and staff were very friendly- would come back
My biggest gripe is that I had to pay £30 for less than an hour swim as it was busy. I appreciate it was busy, as school holidays. Booked through booking. com and was not made aware that I would have to pay £30 as did not book direct with them. What really annoyed me was that I was not told I would only get an hour allocated time, even when I enquired prior to visit about the swimming as it is important to my grandchildren to swim. I could have made an informed choice if given this information. I was absolutely fuming upon my arrival when given this information and will be contacting the hotel directly to vent my frustration.
Staff were amazing from moment arrived at reception, to the spa and restaurant staff through to housekeeping. Real credit to the hotel.

Only minor issues. Mattress in our room was probably due a refresh as could tell where people had sat on the bed. Bit of paint coming off above bath but nothing major
We had a wonderful stay and dinner here for our anniversary.
We were served by Lilya in the restaurant, she was lovely and so attentive. The food was perfect and service was top notch.
Had the most wonderful evening celebrating an 80th birthday with family. The service was brilliant by lilia. The food was excellent and in all we could not fault the service of the hotel and staff. A special thank you to Rio who helped organise the event for us.

Bathroom needed updating. Expensive room without breakfast included.
Came in for lunch and the food and service we received from Louise & Ellie was fantastic. I would highly recommend the club sandwich washed down with a cold beer.
