The Health & Fitness facilities can be used for an additional cost. Access must be scheduled in advance.

In order to avoid disappointment, advance reservations for breakfast and dinner are advised, with both operating on a booking system. Please contact the hotel once you have made your bedroom reservation to book in your times for all these facilities.

Bookings of over 10 rooms will be subject to different cancellation policies and different terms and conditions.

When traveling with children, please confirm their ages in advance.

Children's meals are available, but the hotel asks that families with children less than 12 years old dine in the restaurant prior to 20:00.

Enjoyable short trip away
Pros:

Nice spa facilities

Cons:

Spa area was very noisy. Even just the sound of the water and jacuzzi reverberated around the area. Hard to relax.

Be wary of extra fees /facilities constraints
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, little gifts left for the kids, lovely facilities and comfy bed. Staff really helpful.

Cons:

The extra cost for use of the leisure facilities wasn’t clear until after I booked. It also wasn’t clear that you had to physically book a spot to go to the pool, despite a phone call to check, and which with children /a relaxing hotel break is not something you want to worry about. I wouldn’t have booked I’d been made aware at time of booking.

Its ok but could be so much better
Pros:

The spa is amazing and felt totally relaxed. The bar staff were lovely and very friendly.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant is overpriced and not very hot. Breakfast isn't worth the money. The rooms are dated and very dusty with cobwebs in the corners near the wardrobe area. Stated plug sockets next to the bed on our booking but there was not.

Not comfortable
Pros:

Only the SPA

Cons:

For me and my wife it was a disaster night as it was impossible to sleep well because the mattress was two single mattresses and the joints next to each other would cause gaps between due uncomfortable this matter do not let us to sleep in total 2 houres we had sleep and morning it was very difficult to drive back to London due to no sleep at the night which make me extremely un well and un happy west of time and money

If you have to stop over, then it’s ok. But don’t plan to stay here

A bit shabby. The rooms were vastly different. My friends room was old and but ropey. Mine was much bigger and newer. The pool is not a spa… completely over sold

Massive waste of £300 and ruined a special date.

The breakfast was very good and the waiting staff at dinner excellent.

No disabled rooms with walk in shower. I need a walk in shower
Already paid £50 for an upgraded room but was told I had to pay an extra £70 on top if I wanted walk in shower. I was told i could shower in the Spa. Totally unacceptable
I rang earlier in the day and they confirmed my room had a walk in shower. They could have offered us a better room out of goodwill or even at a discount but didn’t.
Dinner was mediocre. Mistakes on meals and watery cold rice. However, waiting staff excellent.
Cleanliness was poor. Two bloodstains on bathroom floor which my partner and I both thought was each other initially. Behind the door.
Overpriced and a massive let down.

Pros:

Great facilities and lovely rooms. Staff were professional.

Cons:

We booked the swimming pool which we thought was available to use for 48 hours but we then got told when we wanted to go for a swim the morning of our checkout that as we'd checked out we weren't allowed to use it anymore, which was less than 24 hours after we paid. Only a little thing but I think it should be specified.

Beautiful hotel and spa with a delicious evening and breakfast menu .
Pros:

Little touches like milk and water jar. Birthday plate on room
On arrival . Good quality coffee machine.
Option off egg Benedict’s which was nice . Good quality breakfast.

Cons:

Couldn’t use the spa on departure even when offered to pay late departure but full capacity even though spa looked quieter than day before .

Delicious food and bar staff very friendly and polite . Staff in restaurant in the evening were lovely but we had to wait 15-20 minutes for our first drink .

Pros:

The room and bed was so comfortable and very clean

Cons:

The extra cost if I wanted to use the pool and spa area, the room was already £100 a night. The receptionist I got was not friendly tho I noted the younger ones were very lovely.
The coffee machine does not turn off itself!!!!
And I had to walk to the milk machine at thr end of the corrider outside my room when i realised after my bath I had no milk!!
