Loved this hotel it’s perfect for families. Didn’t try their restaurant but the rest was superb
Rooms are comfortable
Cold rooms, difficult in adjusting heating in room. No instructions for expresso coffee machine. Breakfast services finish at 9.15 and no information on what time or type of breakfast served. All had to be done online or FAQ. No clear instructions about how to get milk for coffee. Check out much too early, at 11.00 am. Was not a relaxing experience.

White Company bathroom products were very nice.
We stayed 3 nights. I requested our room be serviced-we needed tea/coffee refilling and bin emptying- I asked 3 times on 1 day via QR code, telephone message to reception and then spoke face to face with reception staff, but still our room was not serviced.
There was a bad crack in the bathroom basin!
The hotel lobby and bar area was cold.
The staff behind the bar were not qualified. We asked for a cocktail but told she didn’t know how to make them, we asked for Irish Coffee’s which we were informed the staff member had only ever made at a previous job and although she had a go it took forever.
