Die zentrumsnahe Lage ist sehr gut, die Altstadt ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar,

Great location and comfortable
Pros:

Great central location to the train station. Front desk staff to cleaners and other servers were great except for one (see below). Clean comfortable room. Fairly quiet (some traffic and patio patrons noise noticeable with window open)

Cons:

Had a homeless person living in the window well beside the hotel. Makes the area sketchy and really impacts the first impressions we got walking down the street to your hotel. Also one older dark haired tall slim waiter was rude to us two evenings when we stopped into the bar for a nightcap. It seemed he didn’t want us filling up a table with our minimal order. And rushed us to finish so someone with a potential large order waited. We paid both nights with cash. This server never even offered to give us our change. Just keep the money for his tip without asking. Inconsistency in shower water temperature. I’d set water at a comfortable temperature and 1/2 way through shower the temperature would get hot or cold for about 10 seconds then it would return to my desired temperature.

There was no kettle in the room so unable to make a cup of tea or coffee.

Muy agradable, acogedor, limpio y excelente ubicación!
Pros:

Acogedor, limpio, linda decoración. La entrada y el comedor muy lindos y acogedores. Tiene una terraza/restaurante afuera muy agradable. Las recepcionistas y la señora del aseo muy atentas y serviciales.

Cons:

Las murallas de la pieza sucias y ralladas, deberían de pintarlas nuevamente. Falta mayor luz en el baño para maquillarse. Los meseros del restaurante podrían ser más humildes.
El comedor del desayuno algo pequeño para mucha gente, te topas constantemente en el buffet. Podrían poner tostador para pan normal. Te retan si pones un pan normal en el tostador „porque luego les cuesta limpiarlo“.

Sehr nahe am Bahnhof und trotzdem ruhig. Ordentliches Frühstück. Kleine aber schön helle Sauna
