Pros:

Charming and inviting hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. Overall a very nice experience.

Cons:

The bathroom did not seem to have received the same level of attention as the rest of the place: The soap dispenser was almost empty upon my arrival (I ran out during my one-night stay); the shower head could use some descaling; and I couldn't find a place to turn on the ventilation.

Expensive for what it is.
Pros:

Good location, nice area. Had parking area underneath.

Cons:

The uncomfortable beds. The pillows were like deflated balloons. Tried to contact the hotel before arrival as we were sent payment instructions via WhatsApp. Took a few tries to get a reply and they just confirmed it wasn't them. Not bothered at all. 20 euro to park the car for 15 hours. Bar lady rolled her eyes when she had to bring our drinks over. Just not a welcoming place. 2 triple rooms, one much better than the other.

Pros:

The hotel itself is perfect if you are travelling by train - just across the road from the station, yet quiet and nicely decorated. Rooms are generously sized and have everything you need, particularly if you want/need to work as there is a well equipped desk area. The hotel reception staff were welcoming, and gave helpful information. It's location means you can walk into the Old Town easily, where there is a wide range of coffee places, bars and restaurants.

Cons:

We had travelled through Slovenia, Croatia and Italy eating in local restaurants serving traditional food, and in so doing, always enjoyed a warm welcome from waiters pleased to see us, ready to share their local dishes, proud of their skills, so it was disappointing to experience brusque unfriendly service in this hotel restaurant. Obviously the staff were busy, as the restaurant is popular with locals, even so this should not prevent a warmer welcome to hotel guests eating there, and a few smiles would have improved matters.

Tolle Lage, aber Zimmer, Frühstück und Preis-Leistung enttäuschten uns.
Pros:

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage des Hotels. Auch die Außenansicht und der Eingangsbereich wirken ansprechend. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls in Ordnung.

Cons:

Für den Preis hatte ich von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel mehr erwartet. Unser Zimmer war für drei Personen recht klein, das dritte Bett eine für uns unbequeme Schlafcouch. Außerdem standen noch Kissen und Polster im Zimmer, die offenbar vom Schlafcouchumbau übrig waren. Die Matratzen des Hauptbetts waren mir persönlich zu weich, und außer einem kleinen Mülleimer im Bad gab es keinen weiteren im Zimmer.

Auch das Frühstück hat uns enttäuscht: Gegen 9:30 Uhr waren verschiedene Speisen wie Obst, Brötchen, Croissants und Speck bereits aufgebraucht. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir keine Brötchen mehr. Besonders ärgerlich waren für mich die unterschiedlichen Auskünfte zum Frühstückspreis. Zudem war es morgens von draußen recht laut, sodass wir das Fenster schließen mussten.

Super expérience au "SAILER" !!
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, à 10' du centre historique et à 3' de la Gare Centrale d'Innsbruck. Toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pied au départ de l'Hôtel. Possibilité de parking ou garage sur place et sur réservation.
Personnel très accueillant, serviable et souriant. Chambres très bien équipées, confortables et très propres.
Restaurant de l'Hôtel composé de plusieurs petites sales magnifiquement décorées et intimes. Cuisine excellente et service irréprochable. Bref, très satisfaits de notre séjour à l'Hôtel SAILER !!

Cons:

Rien, tout était super, il n'y a rien à reprocher, tout est fait pour le bien-être du client.

Great location, very near to everything incl Main Train station, restaurants, City Centre, tourist destinations. The reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very very good. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Strong WIFI. Enjoyed my stay.
