Hotel localizado justo en el lugar más óptimo.
Pros:

La habitación y el hotel muy agradables, la ubicación es muy estratégica, está muy cerca de la estación y a la vez a pocas cuadras del centro histórico, un lugar tranquilo. El desayuno es muy bueno y las vistas a la montaña son excelentes. La decoración del hotel es realmente muy bonita.

Cons:

El minibar podría tener bebidas de cortesía, sobre todo cuando se viene de muy lejos y cansado al llegar. Las camas un poco blandas para mí gusto.

Für die Dauer unseres Aufenthalt, war es eine gute Unterbringung!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal.
Unweit des Hauptbahnhofs und um in die Altstadt zu gelangen.
Die "Pluskarte" für den öffentlichen Verkehr ist ab 3 Tage der Hoteldauer sehr praktisch!
Die diversen Speisesäle sind phantastisch, ebenso der "Biergarten!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Junior-Suite
Frottierwäsche minimal und die Kopfkissen sehr gewöhnungsbedingt..

Für die Durchreise ist es vollkommen ausreichend

Die Lage

Cons:

Preis Leistung hat nicht gestimmt. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, für eine Nacht hat es aber gereicht.
Das Restaurant im Haus ist etwas hochpreisig, das Personal (Restaurant & Rezeption) könnten etwas freundlicher sein.

Ottima posizione vicina alla stazione e al centro. Colazione buona con buona scelta di prodotti anche se non timidissima del luogo. Camera confortevole e letto comodo

Cons:

forse la colazione potrebbe essere più centrata su prodotti tipici. Anche la sala potrebbe essere leggermente ampliata, specie nella zona in cui si prende il cibo a buffet

sehr angenehmer und schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön zentral, zur Altstadt ist es nicht weit. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer groß und sauber. Sehr schön war auch die Klimaanlage, da das Wetter sehr warm war. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es war ein sehr angenehmer und schöner Aufenthalt in Innsbruck.

Cons:

wir hatten ein Zimmer mit gläsernem Bad. Das war uns bei der Buchung bewusst. Wir hatten nur unterschätzt, dass es doch sehr hell ist, wenn man nachts im Bad das Licht einschaltet.
