Enttäuschend.

Gute Lage

Cons:

Ich habe ein Economy Business Zimmer gebucht, wurde aber leider in einem Classic Doppelzimmer untergebracht. Beim Check-In wurde mir nichts davon gesagt. Als ich später nachgefragt habe, wurde es mir als Upgrade verkauft. Für mich war es eher ein Downgrade.
Haare im Bad.
Die Zimmertemperatur war viel zu warm, auch nachdem ich die Heizung aus gemacht habe (Fenster dauerhaft offen ging durch die Lautstärke nicht).

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr schönes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück usw. War schon das dritte Mal in dem Hotel und werde auch beim nächsten Mal wieder in dem Hotel Sailer übernachten.

hotel perfecto, muy nuevo y autentico con parking. Buena ubicación. Con un restaurante buenísimo
Pros:

El hotel está genial. El parking muy bien y el restaurante que hay dentro del hotel estupendo. Muy recomendable. Su ubicación cenca del centro 10 min andando, en una calle tranquila.

Cons:

Que teníamos 2 habitaciones conform y nos dieron una grande y otra más pequeña, deberían ser iguales.

Pros:

Breakfast was good the room was spacious

Cons:

there was renovations happening in the hotel which meant paint - ladders workmen and at times the lift was out of action - this was particularly noticiable at 10 am when people were trying to check out of the hotel and the lift was out of action - to their credit the staff did assist carrying bags down the stairs through the construction

Perfect place to stay
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for a ski vacation and were very satisfied. The hotel is extremely close—just 2–3 minutes from the train station, from where we took buses to the ski resorts. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The breakfast is varied, with fresh food and freshly baked bread. The hotel is about 5–7 minutes from the city center. There is also a ski storage room and private parking.The staff are very competent and provided us with complete information about everything we were interested in.
