Pros:

The staff and reception is great. Beyond that, the hotel is very tired and the room was a little disappointing. We had a family room and I saw all the family's smile drop once they walked in. We walked out in to Innsbruck, and once we found our bearings, we realised we were in a good location - turn to your left out of the entrance!! The continental breakfast was wonderful in the morning - and once again, the staff were very good.

Tolles Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, komfortables Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett. Sehr gepflegtes Haus. Super Lage

Cons:

Auf Grund des hohen Preises: Aussicht auf eine Baustelle, hellhörig: man hört wenn Leute am Gang sprechen und im Zimmer oberhalb gehen. Sauna, auch auf Nachfrage nur von 17:00 bis 20:00.

Nice stay in the city centre
Pros:

Location in the city center. You can walk around all main sights.
Nice restaurant interiors. Quite good breakfast. Really hot sauna.

Cons:

A little bit strange shower with glass walls. But it can be cowered with a curtain.
There were some renovation works in the hotel but it was not noisy or dirty.
