Pros:

Wir hatten die Suite mit free Minibar. Die Suite war geräumig und sauber.
Minibar war täglich frisch aufgefüllt und jeden Tag ein voller Obstteller auf dem Zimmer. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Sekt und eine Schachtel Konfekt.
Die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle war auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich.
Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Die Stadt Prag mit all ihrer Geschichte hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Die Schränke waren etwas klein für 5 Tage.
Das interne Radio funktionierte gar nicht und der Fernseher im Wohnraum hatte keinen Empfang.
Auf dem Fernseher im Schlafraum gab es nur einen deutschsprachigen Sender und das war ausgerechnet Sat 3.
Das Personal im Speiseraum war nicht ganz so freundlich. Es kam auch darauf an wer gerade Dienst hatte.
Ganz und gar nicht hat uns gefallen, dass zur Suite eine Treppe hoch führte. Für Menschen mit Behinderung schwer zu erreichen. Rollstuhlfahrer gar nicht. Sollte explizit erwähnt werden.
Als wir an einem Denkmal standen welches die Nazi Zeit beinhaltete wurden wir von einem Prager wüst beschimpft und als Bastarde betitelt. Das war sehr unschön.

Excellent séjour pour se détendre après une journée de visite de Prague
Pros:

Hôtel calme, très bien situé entre le château et la vieille ville, tout peut être visité à pieds (ou en tram)
Petits déjeuners copieux et variés. Restaurant très bon.
Spa très joli et agréable, privatisation vraiment sympa, massages de qualité.

Rien !

Pros:

Dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden. Kamer ruim en netjes. Badkamer aparte douche en bad.

Cons:

De ligging. De tram rijdt rond het hotel. Dat hoor je dreunen in de hotelkamer.

Absolut Empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Ein reichhaltiges, schmackhaftes Frühstück. Alle, unsere Ziele konnten wir zu Fuß erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden dieses Hotel beim nächsten Pragbesuch wieder buchen und weiter empfehlen.

La responsabile è stata con noi maleducata in quanto al nostro arrivo abbiamo segnalato che la stanza era fredda e non funzionava il sistema di riscaldamento . Ci ha fatto consegnare una stufetta elettrica . Noi abbiamo quindi segnalato che in un hotel a 5 stelle ci aspettavamo la risoluzione di un problema non la consegna di una stufetta elettrica . Lei molto maleducatamente ha allargato le braccia e detto che era il we di Pasqua e che non poteva far nulla . Solo dopo la nostra alterazione è solo dopo aver contattato Booking la responsabile ha cambiato atteggiamento e chiamato il tecnico che prontamente ha risolto il problema .

Szuper hotel, szuper helyen!😍
Pros:

A lokáció a legjobb, a vár közvetlen közelében, de mégsem a legforgalmasabb helyen, a teraszunk egy csendes zsákutcára nyílt. A Károly híd pár perc séta, kb. 8 villamosvonal , metró szintén közel.
Az ellátás kiváló, a szoba nagy, kényelmes!
Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

La posizione ottimane, zona tranquilla, vicino alla fermata metropolitana per andare in aereoporto.

​Ein echtes Juwel – Erholung pur

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt. Das Hotel überzeugt durch ein tolles Ambiente und eine geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Obwohl es sehr zentral gelegen ist, war es im Hotel wunderbar ruhig, sodass man richtig abschalten konnte.

​Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders genossen haben wir das Frühstück – alles war frisch, lecker und liebevoll angerichtet. Der schöne Innenhof lädt zum Verweilen ein und ist ein echtes Plus. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Nichts! Wir können wirklich nichts Negatives sagen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
