Nothing was bad
Uredno, cisto, savrsen dorucak, bili smo na 13om katu prelijepo je. Osoblje je jako ljubazno i predano, sve pohvale. Sigurno se vracamo i drugi put u ovaj divni hotel!
Durch anfrage ob wir früher einchecken können bekamen wir eine Mail Vorort konnten wir uns dann eine Kaffe bestellen und danach erhielten wir unser Zimmer.
Das Bett war wunderbar bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auf alle Fragen haben sie und Beraten und unterstützt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmals in dieses Hotel gehen. Das nächste mal werden wir aber zusätzlich das Frühstück dazubuchen.
Kleine Mängel waren vorhanden aber diese waren absolut nicht störend für uns. Das WC im Zimmer: das Schloss ist abgefallen da die schraube daran fehlt, die WC Brille war schief, und die Duschränder könnte man einwenig besser verputzen da dass Wasser rauslief. Und die Steckdose beim Fernseher war locker, wen Kinder dabei gewesen währen währe das einwenig gefährlich. Aber uns hat dies nicht gestört.

Very nice staff, good location, good parking facility. Food was good, view was good.
Parking is little bit expensive (22 eur per 24 h). Breakfast was good, but may be more variety will be good. The additional bad for the child was uncomfortable.
