Pros:

The majority of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It is not like a regular hotel would not suggested for a one night or a week unless you want to be in a community that people live there all year round. Oh and I can't forget the blood stain pillow in my room

Good for the price
Pros:

The location was good and the price also. Parking was controlled and made it safe for the customers.

Cons:

The smell of old wet carpet as you enter the establishment and every hallway. The entrance also had a strong odor of marijuana. That is very disturbing.

Cons:

furniture was very old and it was making smell in the room, i stay for 8 days no room service, no shampoo, no conditioner, no tissue paper, not even coffee maker in the room. it was very bad time i spent there

The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude. She kept saying that she was the only one there she refused to let us use the bathroom while we were waiting on our room and told us to go down the street. It's a value resort so I was OK with this, but when we finally got to our room, there was cockroaches crawling around the bathtub. I have a video of that if anyone wants to see it I also have a video of the food splattered all over the front of the refrigerator and children's handprints. I ask for a refund and told them that there is no possible way. I'm staying in a nasty hotel. It was told they don't do refunds. I stayed there until she agreed that she would refund me on Monday that she could not do it now I have yet to see a refund. Do not stay at this place. It is disgusting.

Pros:

I had to be switched into three different rooms. The first room had a large hole in the floor the second room none of the appliance worked the third room. The air conditioner did not work when I decided to check out a night early they still wanted to up charge me ! and then charge my card again after I checked out 13 $ for nothing for bed bugs and cockroaches
