The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude. She kept saying that she was the only one there she refused to let us us

The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude. She kept saying that she was the only one there she refused to let us use the bathroom while we were waiting on our room and told us to go down the street. It's a value resort so I was OK with this, but when we finally got to our room, there was cockroaches crawling around the bathtub. I have a video of that if anyone wants to see it I also have a video of the food splattered all over the front of the refrigerator and children's handprints. I ask for a refund and told them that there is no possible way. I'm staying in a nasty hotel. It was told they don't do refunds. I stayed there until she agreed that she would refund me on Monday that she could not do it now I have yet to see a refund. Do not stay at this place. It is disgusting.

Pros:

I had to be switched into three different rooms. The first room had a large hole in the floor the second room none of the appliance worked the third room. The air conditioner did not work when I decided to check out a night early they still wanted to up charge me ! and then charge my card again after I checked out 13 $ for nothing for bed bugs and cockroaches

I hated it to many drugs being sold and used on this property don’t even see how the manager keeps a job
