Nous ne prenons jamais de petit- déjeuner, car nous déjeunons très peu le matin, donc nous préfèrons profiter des restaurant le midi et le soir.
Nous avons été délogés, car dans le premier appartement qui nous a été proposé, la clim ne fonctionnait pas.
nous avons signalé à la réception et le nécessaire à été fait.
dans le second appartement le grille pain ne fonctionnait pas, il faisait sauter le courant.
celui-ci a été remplacé.
Quand vous appelez la direction pour signaler un problème, le technicien arrive dans les 5 minutes qui suivent.

Superbe séjour, le personnel est agréable, le club enfant est au top, l'ambiance est géniale.
Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est convenable. Mais pour un quatre étoiles, certaines choses laissent à désirer: un matelas creusé de chaque côté (à changer), la lampe de lit, est maintenu en place avec un morceau de carton, des carreaux dans la piscine qui ne sont plus là, le deck près de la piscine qui se lève (toutes les personnes qui passent trébuchent et les enfants tombent carrément). Et surtout, un accueil du personnel en fonction de la personne en face. Déplorable.
Un grand "bravo" à l'équipe du club TI MOUN. Je n'ai pas d'enfants, mais j'ai pu les voir s'occuper des enfants des autres: excellent! Ils sont agréables, souriants et je crois bien qu'ils s'amusent autant que les enfants.
Autre inconvénient: le parking. Il est toujours plein. Rentrer à 21 heures et trouver une place libre est du domaine de la chance.
Les chambres sont de qualité. Très bien. J'adore leur petit déjeuner très varié avec vue sur la plage!
On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. I will make sure my booking is confirmed in the main hotel building next time.
Breakfast was really great, lots of variety and tasty. Also enjoyed the Hammam. The spa is popular so probably need to book treatments when you reserve the room.
The room was not what we expected. Felt very basic especially compared to the rest of the hotel. The AC was not working for two of the days we were there but got fixed the morning we were leaving.
Hôtel un peu vieillissant. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais n’offrent aucun élément pouvant justifier un prix aussi élevé.
Quant au petit déjeuner, 29€ par personne pour un buffet, c’est également excessif.

Une salle d eau sans paroi de douche sans rideau et l eau qui eclabousse partout. Un mobilier vieillissant et une vue sur un batiment vieillissant... un hotel qui demande à être renové contrairement aux photos du sites qui ne sont pas contre actuelles...
The beach of the hotel is very nice, it has also a big pool, and also a gym which is decently equipped.
The quality of the room (at least in the Mahogany part) is definitely not what I expect from a 4-star hotel in the 250 euro/night price category. It is dated, and not in a good condition. The lighting situation is strange. There is no chandelier and the lamps by the bed give almost no light.
If you don't speak french, communication will be a problem more often than you would like.
However I paid for the room in advance at check-in, and it was on the bill again at check-out, had to show the confirmation of the transfer to get it removed.
