the hotel is number one , best of the best
Perfect location - relatively quiet road, on the river, equidistant between Jewish quarter and old town. Modern, clean, good service. Everything simple apart from my keys not giving me access to club lounge which took 3 attempts to fix. Breakfast excellent. Atmosphere always good even if the piped music not to taste and the atrium creating a massive echo. Ridiculous inflatable dinosaur out of place but otherwise lots of staff, always helpful, generally excellent. Room OK though not convinced by the aircon - never reached the set temp.
jedliśmy bardzo późną kolację w restauracji hotelowej Anima. Osługa bardzo dobra a jedzenie fantastyczne. Dawno nie jadłam tak dobrej kolacji, wszystko świeże, pyszne a wino znakomicie dobrane, nawet drink był taki jak trzeba. Cudowna uczta
chyba już trzeba pomyśleć o odnowieniu pokoi

Room with a view wasn’t great. I had to ask them to give a room with better view as a solo traveller this is a important part of my trip.
Restaurant staff ‘Maria ‘ mngt trainee was adorable.
Nothing in particular
One of the staff mentioned that they get only a portion of the cash tips not the ones paid by card. I was really disappointed hearing this from a Sheraton chain.

To nasz kolejny pobyt w hotelu. A skoro kolejny to znaczy że wszystko spełniało nasze potrzeby i oczekiwania. Bardzo miły i przyjazny personel. Bez wyjątku. Śniadania idealne , duży wybór. Co bardzo ważne - świetna kawa.
