Amazing
Pros:

Lovely stay; dreamy-comfortable beds and pillows; staff is super friendly, helpful and accommodating with all our needs. Best Old Fashioned we’ve (dad, brother and myself; several other travelers, too) ever EVER HAD, made here, by “Simon.” Surely soup is pretty amazing too. Sad to go! Will rerun

First day of spring in Krakow
Pros:

Wonderful room, service and meals, especially the breakfast buffet. Particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar with its view of the Vistula River bend and the serving staff, Michal and Hagda.

I enjoyed the stay in Krakow because of the hotel accommodation and guest services hospitality.
Pros:

The general manager and staff were very accommodating and helpful. The court yard and terrace were impressive.

Cons:

Folding glass panels in shower/tub allowed water to splash on the floor. I was worried about slipping and falling even either towel on the floor.

Väldigt trevlig och serviceminded personal. Fint rum och bra säng. Pool och bastu var bra. Fint läge vid floden.

Cons:

Väldigt dyr frukost. Det saknades flera saker när vi checkade in på rummet, bl. a. vinglas, det fanns endast en morgonrock och inga tofflor. Det löste sig snabbt efter ett samtal till receptionen men jag tycker att sådant ska kontrolleras om det är ett hotell med fem stjärnor.

Świetny hotel z fantastyczną obsługą – na pewno chętnie wrócimy. 😊

Zdecydowanie obsługa – niezwykle miła, pomocna i profesjonalna. Dzięki niej pobyt był naprawdę wyjątkowy. Bardzo podobała nam się także lokalizacja hotelu oraz wysoki standard całego obiektu.
