Only location and i am a member of Benvoy

Cons:

All bad, i was so shocked how the facility is soooooo poor and requires end to end renovation, very dirty with lack of amenities and expired food products supplied into the rooms, the bad smell of the hotel , broken doors and sanitaties. Very ridiculous and planning to cancel my membership after this bad experience

Great spot to stay
Pros:

The hotel service was top notch. Hotel Porter met us outside to collect our luggage before we even entered the hotel. Reception staff were polite, helpful, explained everything about the hotel. Rooms were clean, stocked up, and house cleaning service always arrived in the mornings to tidy up the room and restock.

Central restaurant area was always clean, staff accommodating, and great food and awesome breakfast.

Emilia at the bar was fantastic! Recommended several different drinks, food and desert. I ended up ordering her special bourbon bang cocktail! It was delicious! Will definitely stay here again next time in Kraków.
