Polish Paradise in Krakow
Pros:

What a lovely stay! The ground floor is impressive: a massive open area with the ceiling wayyyy up at the level of the highest floors. Fantastic light and very communal. Incredible breakfast buffet with Sebastian making omelettes to order and Emilia fixing the perfect smoothies to start the day! She and her colleagues at the smoothie/espresso bar brought such positive energy, as did their colleagues at the front desk helping with directions, reservations, and ATM needs. Terrific location, great showers and views from the rooms, and a reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend the Krakow Sheraton Grand and will definitely stay there again!

Pros:

Staff were friendly and we had excellent service and rooms were comfortable and the beds were lovely.

Nothing location I would prefer closer to the old town and rooftop bar was not really inviting

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, great service, absolutely delicious food in all the restaurants. Lovely touches -we celebrated a birthday at the hotel and a cake was delivered to the room unprompted. Would highly recommend

Hotelin sadece mutfağı başarılı

Cons:

Hotelin odaları bölgedeki hotellere kıyasla eski. Odalarda hijyen seti eksikliği mevcut. Geceleri mutfak hizmeti yok. ( gece su istememe ragmen mutfak kapalı denilerek yardımcı olunmadı.)gece yemek yeme imkanınız yok. spa yeterli değil. Hotel sadece merkeziyet açısından güzel. Dünyadaki Sheraton hotellerine göre en başarısızlarından biri olabilir.

Niewątpliwie chcemy wracać i przetestować resztę atrakcji!
Pros:

Śniadania pyszne, pierwszy raz każdemu smakowała każda potrawa, której próbował, a wybór był ogromny, w tym dania przygotowywane na zamówienie przez kucharza. Nie zawiodło klasycznie śniadanie angielskie ani okazjonalne wariacje jak sałatka jarzynowa czy babki wielkanocne. Również poczęstunek w Business Lounge nie zawiódł.

Cons:

Nieco martwiła nas jedynie niepewność czy będzie czekać na nas miejsce parkingowe w hotelu, ale szczęśliwie zawsze był taki zapas, obsługa była również pomocna i rzeczowo odpowiadała na pytania dotyczące warunków parkowania.
