Great Stay!
Pros:

My friend and I stopped by the hotel 2 hrs before check-in w/ our luggage. Jordan was very helpful storing the luggage and helping us w/ directions. Later we interacted w/ Chris. Another friendly and helpful person manning the front desk. Our room was clean, and in great shape. Furniture looked relatively new, room was good size and the bathroom was clean and large. We were on the 6th floor with views looking out to Newbury Street. It’s a nice view and the hotel is in a great location. Lastly, we checked out this morning and Nick was also very nice. I don’t usually remember hotel staff names, but this crew was excellent. Whoever hires and trains them is doing a great job. I would happily stay there again!

Excelente Hotel
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, la línea verde y naranja quedan a cinco minutos. La parada del bus de Back Bay que viene del aeropuerto también quedan súper cerca. Hay un supermercado casi al frente. Además, es muy lindo y el personal muy amable.

Todo me gustó.

Nice property with excellent customer service
Pros:

Nice property with excellent customer service - the rooms are quiet, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is walkable to many great restaurants. My check-in experience stood out, with great care and attention shown by the front desk team member. All in all, at this price point I'd strongly recommend this hotel for business travel.

Great place to stay
Pros:

This courtyard Marriott was clean, comfortable beds, and perfectly set up for remote work, meeting up with people and easily touring Boston sites. Staff was exceedingly courteous and accommodating, will book again.

Our annual winter getaway!

Comfortable mattress
Pleasant staff
Room was ready early.
Convenient to leave bags behind lobby to access later.

Cons:

The bed needed an additional blanket. Boston was COLD that night. We retrieved one from the desk.
Bathroom light switch was funky. Locked in place by door and on same circuit we didn't want ON, so the trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night was in complete darkness. Nightlight might have helped!

Satisfactory overall.
Pros:

Hassle free and smooth checkin and checkout.

Helpful and polite staff.

Cons:

No water in the room after the first day, but they gave me water when I went and asked at the reception.

Room phone didn't work.

No housekeeping service since it was only a two-day stay. Had to go to reception to ask them to send someone to clear the trashcan.
