Nice property with excellent customer service - the rooms are quiet, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is walkable to many great restaurants. My check-in experience stood out, with great care and attention shown by the front desk team member. All in all, at this price point I'd strongly recommend this hotel for business travel.

This courtyard Marriott was clean, comfortable beds, and perfectly set up for remote work, meeting up with people and easily touring Boston sites. Staff was exceedingly courteous and accommodating, will book again.

The bed needed an additional blanket. Boston was COLD that night. We retrieved one from the desk.
Bathroom light switch was funky. Locked in place by door and on same circuit we didn't want ON, so the trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night was in complete darkness. Nightlight might have helped!

No water in the room after the first day, but they gave me water when I went and asked at the reception.
Room phone didn't work.
No housekeeping service since it was only a two-day stay. Had to go to reception to ask them to send someone to clear the trashcan.
The front desk person Estevon, was very friendly in cold boston, directing us to great breakfast and other areas of Boston. Making us feel very welcome. Thank you!!

Fantastic location, close to Newbury Street, a perfect stay for business or leisure. Comfortable accommodations, and lovely housekeepers and front desk workers—especially Don and Estevon.
Absolutely love this hotel! The location, rooms, and most notably the hospitality is fantastic! There was a young man, Eldair who was incredibly helpful with suggesting things to do and restaurants to try in the area. Although they were pretty busy, he was patient with all of my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. I’m already excited to come back and try some of the places I don’t get to this trip!

This is the perfect hotel! It has spacious rooms, beautiful layout, close to everything and just small enough that you aren’t just a number. Estevan was wonderful at helping us get around and even found us a new favorite pizza place! And I loved taking Exeter the sheep around to all the sights- a new family addition for sure!
Estevan was professional, courteous, and expedient getting us checked in and squared away for our visit to Copley Square. Much appreciate the hospitality!
