I booked a reservation thur your organization for the first and last time. You moved my hotel to Downtown Boston without telling me before I arrived at 8:00pm on 8/4/2026. I was in Boston to see a specialist Doctor. You completely ruined my entire schedule by moving me accross town. So I never stayed at Copely Square, I was at Marriott on Tremount Street Downtown. You over booked Copely Square. This entire reservation cost me over $200.00 in taxis to get me to the right places for my scheduled appt. NEVER AGAIN Im requesting a deposit of my room charges.

I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Close to restaurants and shopping. Able to park car. All within walking distance. Desk Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean

Cons:

For the cost there was no continental breakfast.

The location was very convenient, walkable, and easy to get in and out of.

Cons:

The parking situation is not good so we used valet. The valet service was excellent - just plan to build the cost into your travel budget.

One night in Boston!
Pros:

The location of this hotel was great for what we needed. We were able to walk to restaurants and to see a show. There was also a mall close by.

Cons:

On thing that could have been better about the hotel was the pillows. I like extra pillows, one is not enough, especially if it is not firm enough.

Great location in Boston
Pros:

We stayed here while watching a track meet at the New Balance Track. It’s a nice, easy hotel. Very clean and stylish and presents more like an autograph hotel than a courtyard. We were pleasantly surprised.
