Amazing
Pros:

The spacious hotel room with the view was beautiful. The buffet dinner was amazing the food was really good

Cons:

The wifi didn't work properly from the second floor, it was bad. Old furniture on the corridors

Prijzen van eten en drinken zijn relatief hoog ten opzichte van de omgeving. De airco wordt bediend vanaf de receptie, dat is niet altijd even prettig

Pros:

The hotel environment is very nice, lovely pool area and beach with free beds and service. Bar and a la carte at pool is lovely with views of promenade and bar. There is a pool table , gym . Breakfast is basic but nice enough. Location is excellent !

Cons:

we got a free upgrade to a superior sea view room . However, the room smelled musty/damp. There were no curtains in the main bedroom so bright sunlight from 6am , bathroom very very cramped and a shared vent with next doors bathroom - this is very grim ! You can hear ( & smell) everything form next door. This is a huge problem. The hotel rooms are also very noisy , you can hear everything from adjoining rooms , sneezing / furniture moving / toilets flushing .. leading to a very bad nights sleep.
We also had a 3am fire alarm which seemed to have no co-ordinated response and guests being sent back to bed while alarm still sounding and no explanation of what set it off .

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage ist hervorragend – direkt am Strand und somit ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub. Das gesamte Hotel war jederzeit sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer sowie die Sauberkeit der gesamten Anlage.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war stets sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Zimmermädchen haben hervorragende Arbeit geleistet. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt, und alles war immer in einem einwandfreien Zustand.

Besonders positiv fiel uns auf, dass auch der Poolbereich täglich gereinigt wurde und ständig Mitarbeiter unterwegs waren, um die Anlage sauber und ordentlich zu halten.

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service, hoher Sauberkeit und einer perfekten Lage. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Es gab jedoch auch einige Punkte, die aus unserer Sicht verbessert werden könnten.

Während das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war, haben wir das Personal an der Poolbar und teilweise auch beim Frühstück als weniger freundlich empfunden. Dort hätten wir uns einen etwas aufmerksameren und herzlicheren Umgang mit den Gästen gewünscht.

Außerdem haben wir beobachtet, wie ein Mitarbeiter der Poolbar eine Kollegin vor den Gästen kritisiert bzw. mit ihr geschimpft hat. Dies hinterließ keinen professionellen Eindruck und war für uns unangenehm mitzuerleben.

Trotz dieser Kritikpunkte war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr angenehm. Mit etwas mehr Freundlichkeit und Professionalität in diesen Bereichen könnte das Hotelerlebnis noch besser werden.

C'est un bel endroit, avec une belle piscine accès à la plage direct appréciable.
Personnels charmant et au petit soin, je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Tasos, Georges et Zhana pour leurs efficacité.

Cons:

Les buffets du matin et du soir pour être amélioré.
Avec plus se choix dans les propositions, avec des fruits de saisons, et dessert fait maison.

Le lit n’était pas d’un confort absolu, on avait 2 lits simple transformés en grand lit, trop de lumière dans la nuit et au matin, le soir lumière lampadaire et le matin lumière du jour!!

Le cadre magnifique vraiment magnifique l hôtel est très joli l emplacement très bien aussi on peut aller se baigner à la piscine tout comme à la mer si on veut ...et puis se balader le long de la croisade vraiment parfait rien à dire

Le petit déjeuner pas extraordinaire les fruits toujours les mêmes pas beaucoup de choix de viennoiseries, les repas pas trop extraordinaires non plus..et alors la cerise sur le gâteau l eau est payante pendant les repas même en ayant payé les repas dans la formule innaceptable !!! Le personnel pas très doué niveau langue je trouve car la personne n a pas m aide pour joindre mon taxi trop rigide pas très altruiste j ai trouvé

Overall a great experience
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect, it was so clean , we done half board and the food was so nice , a different variety of food for all. The beach was right outside the hotel. They have a lovely little gym , games room and the pool is massive. If you are planning a trip to Santorini come here and the bus stop is 2 minutes from the hotel which can bring you to Fira and Oia. We will definitely be back here if we visit Santorini again.

The only thing was the showers were small but sure look we got clean in them that’s the main thing
