STRESS ASSOLUTO E GUERRA PER I LETTINI SEMPRE OCCUPATI

Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura. Ho soggiornato qui spendendo ben 1400 euro con l'unico obiettivo di rilassarmi, ma è stato un incubo dal primo all'ultimo giorno. Una vacanza all'insegna dello stress più totale.I problemi sono iniziati subito con la camera. Al momento della prenotazione le foto mostravano chiaramente un bagno finestrato e dotato di una doccia enorme. Al mio arrivo mi è stata assegnata una stanza con un bagno cieco (senza alcuna finestra) e una doccia minuscola (con tendina non igienica). Mancando il ricircolo d'aria corretto, il risultato è stato una puzza di fogna perenne e un livello di umidità invivibile all'interno del bagno. Una totale e inaccettabile discrepanza rispetto a quanto venduto.La gestione dei servizi esterni è stata ancora più vergognosa. L'albergo vanta tra i suoi punti di forza la piscina e la spiaggia privata con ombrelloni inclusi. Peccato che l'anarchia totale la faccia da padrona. Nonostante un regolamento scritto a bordo piscina vieti espressamente di occupare i lettini con gli asciugamani, tutti i clienti lo facevano abusivamente. Già alle 8 del mattino ogni singolo posto era occupato. Questa situazione mi costringeva a svegliarmi ogni mattina con l'ansia e con il fegato amaro nel disperato tentativo di trovare un posto, senza mai riuscirci. La direzione e il personale si sono dimostrati completamente assenti e disinteressati nel far rispettare le proprie regole.A causa di questa totale disorganizzazione, per tutta la durata del soggiorno sono stato costretto ad andare in altri lidi a pagamento, spendendo altri soldi extra per poter avere un ombrellone e i lettini, servizi che l'hotel avrebbe dovuto garantirmi a fronte della cifra già importante che ho pagato.Se cercate relax e correttezza, state alla larga da questo posto. Struttura ingannevole e gestione fallimentare.

Jederzeit wieder!!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, am Abreisetag durften wir auch noch die gesamte Hotelanlage trotz erfolgtem Check Out noch nutzen ohne Aufpreis.

Wir waren 1 Woche hier. Wir wurden um 22:00 Uhr sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde direkt alles erklärt und das noch um diese Uhrzeit - Fantastisch! Der Service war ingesamt sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Wir mussten sogar einmal das Zimmer wechseln doch es lief alles geplant und einwandfrei. Das Hotel war sehr gastfreundlich und bot uns sogar mehrere Zimmer an für keinen Aufpreis, Wasserflaschen wurde uns erneut zu Verfügung gestellt, obwohl das nur zur Ankunft hergerichtet wird. Die Anlage insgesamt ist Wunderschön und gibt Ferien vibes, mit Palmen, einem grossen Pool mit vielen Liegen, gut ausgestattetes Gym, gaming Room und Restaurant (Essen bis 22:00/Bar bis 00:00). Es liegt alles sehr in der nähe, wegen der Promenade mit vielen Läden. Strand ist 5Meter von der Anlage entfernt und dort gibt es ebenfalls einen Bereich nur für die Hotelgäste wo bequeme Liegen zu Verfügung gestellt werden.

Ci è stato fatto un upgrade a livello di stanza ma sul lato esterno c'erano tutte le unità esterne dei condizionatori e questo ha disturbato molto il sonno. Purtroppo, nonostante le ottime temperature estene, non capisco come mai ci siano molti guests che fanno uso del condizionatote

Magnifique une carte postale à chaque pas.

Cons:

Les transats réservés toute la journée alors que les personnes n’étaient pas tout le temps là. Dans d’autres hotels c’est interdit. Les desserts pourraient être améliorés, ex proposer des glaces. Et aussi eau gratuite au buffet le soir
