Pilot Beach Resort

On a adoré notre séjour.
Le repas dans les restaurants étaient variés et très bons.
L’équipe attentionnée et efficace parle français et d’autres langues parfaitement.
Les chambres 4700 sont au fond et plus calmes car loin du club enfants et de l’animation du soir.
L’animation du soir est faite par des salariés jeunes, sans intérêt. C’est presqu’un sketch.
Plage de sable comme piscine nous avons trouvés des transats à toute heure.

Everything ok.

The beach and pools are very good, we really enjoyed this part. Sports and evening program, kids club and disco was fantastic - the animation team is doing an amazing job. Reception and restaurants staff are friendly and really nice. You can order transfer from/to airport at the hotel - very convenient, and costs normal. Food was good. We could always find something for adults and kids. The disappointing thing was the bungalows (small and outdated, old and dirty shower, insects (ants) on the floor, strange non-breathable linens). Veranda was ok, and the view on the beach is unforgettable.

Great club, many activities, wonderful pools, and different restaurants.

Could propose more choice in international wines... as frankly speaking the Cretan ones are not at level. ;)

The location of the property is excellent and a quick walk to the village. Lots of options for things to do. Very family freindly.

Super Hotel, erstklassig geführt. Strandliegen kostenfrei, kostenfreies Mittagessen für Kinder, alles sehr serviceorientiert.
Einziges Manko: Verkehrslärm.

Perfect hotel, clean and beautiful. Its great for families with childrens. Beautiful area, green and full of plants, with mountain and sea view. the beach is perfect.
the food (we had breakfast and lunch) is varied and good. Many restaurants, pools, playing area,and grass fields. The service is kind and professional.
Definitely will come back.

Although it was extremely kid friendly, the resort was clean and upscale throughout. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Great beach, nice pools, good architecture.
Poor service, old furniture, but generally clean. 2 lifeguards manning 4 swimming pools and large stretch of beach. No pool service, not able to change rooms despite being on the first floor with no lift and a baby+pram. Good kids club and entertainment.

Ok for noen netter. Litt for nær motorvei, men nært strand og turområde. Litt for stort hotellkompleks. Mister nærheten til betjening og beboere. For stresset frokost med så mye folk.
