Location was fine.
Could hear our neighbors through the thin walls, TV did not work at all, check out time is noon.
Low price, one night
Good value for location. Old school motel so we could park right outside our door. Recently updated with nice bathroom.
Their sign was not working or lit up up so was hard to find.
Ad did not say there would be a $35 charge for a pet. Stairwell lightbulb was burned out. Emergency exit door broken. Non existent housekeeping. Would not stay there again.
The room was ok but the staff didnt speak a lick of English and they rent out rooms to locals that caused problems/lots of noise--wont be going back there!!
Smelly / mildew
Room was not perfectly clean, I was expecting better. But when you are in vacation nothing bothers
The cost for one pet here was reasonable in comparison to many in the area that were not.
Staff was welcoming and kind. That’s where the good part ends.
Room was upstairs. Had a very musty, mildewy smell. Carpet had not been vacuumed. There was food on the floor.
Very dated. In desperate need of an overhaul.
Buddha was present I am sure he would have stayed here but never again
The motel is run down. The furniture was was stained and dirty. The closet door didn’t open all the due to a buckle in the floor. Bed actually had an old school hotel comforter on it, GROSS! Way poor conditions for $200 a night
Location
From the office to the room all you could smell was mold, there was mold on the outside of the refrigerator. it was cold and we had no warm blankets. When the door is completely closed you can see outside. Very disappointed as we have stayed at other BVI and a completely different experience.
This property smelled and was absolutely gross. I woulnt recommend going back.

Room was clean..outside of property grounds look a bit disheveled..no ice machine..Check in was cold and not warming…overall ok for a place to sleep
I’ve been coming back for years. Very affordable, friendly, accommodating, family run business. Close to the Rhode Island beaches, Mystic aquarium, and many other things to do in the area. Clean, comfortable beds, and several dining options close by.
