I paid for a bigger room with a jaccuzi, i did not get it, instead I got an old room, next time I will go to the Marriot hotel. I paid for bed and breakfast, I had to pay extra money make a cue to get breakfast, not fun.

Valet parking was ALWAYS a 15-20 minute wait. Staff was busy socializing amongst themselves. The closest elevators were being repaired. Fee for parking .
