Cons:

Checking in being told because guest extended there stay we could not have our king suite and instead put in a double. Even though we paid for a bigger room. They Offered move our stuff to a king room once available and they failed to do that too. Was given 2 breakfast vouchers but then charged. Experience was horrible, fridge didn't work properly either

Cons:

I paid for a bigger room with a jaccuzi, i did not get it, instead I got an old room, next time I will go to the Marriot hotel. I paid for bed and breakfast, I had to pay extra money make a cue to get breakfast, not fun.
