It was indoors and had air conditioning.

Cons:

There was a bathtub shower. It was so narrow I could barely fit in it and I'm just a regular sized person.

The breakfast burrito at the cafe in the lobby was absolutely tiny and not very good.

The service at the cafe also takes forever.

O quarto era grande, a região segura e o hotel limpo.

Cons:

Fiz a reserva pelo Booking.com pagando de forma antecipada. No hora do check-in, como de praxe, o recepcionista me pediu o passaporte e o cartão de crédito para depósito de segurança (caução). Cerca de 5 minutos depois, quando já estava indo para o quarto, recebi a notificação no celular do meu banco, dizendo que eu havia pagado o hotel novamente. Fui ao balcão reclamar que havia pagado em duplicidade (sem saber) e a única coisa que disseram é que seria estornado depois de alguns dias, ou seja, não quiseram resolver o problema naquele momento. Um dos funcionários que me atendeu é o Adrian Madrigal, que foi solícito mas que também não me deu nenhuma garantia física ou prova de que fariam o estorno posteriormente.
Enfim, já se passou quase uma semana e o hotel ainda não falou comigo e não me deu nenhuma satisfação do que irá fazer. Tentei contato por e-mail e por enquanto não obtive resposta.

Pedí shampoo porque no podia alcanzar al dispenser. Inmediatamente me proporcionaron un dispenser accesible. Mi sorpresa fue muy grande al ver que la mucama se lo había llevado. Reclame pero sin suerte.
