Vi hadde et utrolig fint opphold! Resepsjonistene var utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme, vi fikk mye hjelp av James som også snakket veldig godt engelsk! Ingen av oss snakker kinesisk så at de fleste ansatte snakket engelsk var veldig deilig. Alle som jobber her var utrolig hyggelige. Frokosten var også helt fantastisk med en blanding av vestlig og kinesisk mat. Vi tilbringer deler av romjulen her og staben og juledekorasjonene på hoteller ga et skikkelig koselig opphold. Hotellet ligger nært T-bane som gjør det enkelt å komme seg rundt om i byen. Det er ikke nødvendigvis det nyeste hotellet, men utrolig koselig likevel! Vi kommer gjerne igjen ☺️.

This hotel is exactly what you would expect from a holiday inn, everything is of a good basic 4☆ standard. Everything you need, staff are all nice and very efficient, location is good, it is a ten minute walk to a metro station, and the beijing underground is excellent, and very easy to use.
No complaints.

I only gave it 2 stars because the staff is very good. Otherwise one star. The room is hot and stuffy. They shut off air conditioning over night. It’s hard to sleep. The hotel is also very noisy. A miserable stay.

Really nice staff and hospitality, very convenient and the food is pretty decent for hotel. Location is really amazing as it is only a 10 minute ish walk to temple of heaven.
