As lovely as it can get in Boston
Pros:

Everything you read from the reviews is true. The guesthouse is super well located on Newbury street, arguably the loveliest street in Boston, in the heart of Back Bay, an extremely lovely brownstone neighborhood. The guesthouse is super cozy and comfy, and beautifully decorated. No breakfast is offered but you are basically in the middle of everything so great opportunity to explore around. Parking is convenient as well. Cannot be happier with the guesthouse

Lovely Inn in a Great Location
Pros:

Boutique-style inn with excellent staff and very comfortable beds. Front desk staff was so warm and helpful - it really made our first visit to Boston a positive experience! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. You can't beat the location! Restaurants and shops were all around, but it was also easy to walk to museums, the public gardens, the Freedom Trail, public transit, and the Hop On/Hop Off City tour trolley. Just be aware: no breakfast and no in-room coffee machine (although the hotel provides several coffee and tea options in the lobby all day long).

The drawbacks were outweighed by the excellent location, charming atmosphere, and friendly service.
Pros:

What I loved most about Newbury Guest House was its perfect location in the heart of Back Bay. The hotel is charming, clean, and comfortable, with friendly staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Everything is within walking distance, including great restaurants, cafés, shopping, and many of Boston’s main attractions. It offers a genuine Boston experience!

Cons:

What I did not like was that the hotel does not offer breakfast, which was somewhat inconvenient. The rooms were on the smaller side, especially if you have large suitcases, and the stairs can be challenging for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues.

Pros:

My husband and I only stayed one night. The bed was so comfortable I got the best night sleep!! Its in the best location also. They even went out of there way to get us a parking spot also!!

Comfortable accommodation in the heart of Back Bay/Newbury Street
Pros:

The guest house was well located as long as you don’t mind being in a busy neighborhood. They did offer parking behind the guest house, which was very helpful, though came with an extra fee. The room itself was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well. The staff was very nice. There was some chaos in the lobby as they were in the process of painting it which we were notified of when we were on our way there. The place wasn’t cheap, but given the location, it was not unreasonable.

Newbury street hotel
Pros:

In the heart of Newbury street - we had a front facing bay room and could hear all the things from a busy street of outdoor restaurants - but was remarkably quiet after 11 pm (weeknight) - rooms are small but functional - easy parking which we appreciated and fabulous coffee

Lovely spot for our Boston weekend!
Pros:

The location was a perfect to spend time with our adult daughter and take in the sights of Boston. The hotel was quiet, and the room was spacious. Everyone on staff was so helpful. This will definitely be our base of operations for future visits to Boston!
