First class all the way, worth all 4 stars
Pros:

When Maura at th efront desk welcomed us, she was more than friendly, and helpful, and you could see she wanted us to have the very best time. Even on later days she greeted us by name and when the bus came to take us to a show, she said "I have one other couple, going too" and we could tell she meant she was respomsible for us not just the Victoria. I dont know if we will ever be back to Ireland but in Killarny, we know where we will be staying.

Room was exceptionally laid out though a bit dark without lights on. Extremely clean, well equipped bathroom.
Lovely welcome by Maura. A great character!!
Extensive breakfast menu in beautifully laid out breakfast room.

Cons:

Nothing ! Staff had everything covered.

Pros:

The friendly staff were amazing. And remembered my name the following morning when I came down for breakfast. The breakfast experience was amazing. The quality of the food and the menu was top class. The freshly squeezed orange juice and the bread selection... I could go on... but it was 10 out of 10 for service and quality.

Cons:

The fact I couldn't stay longer!!!!!

Room was clean, comfortable. Maura the concierge was incredible, very pleasant, helped us get and book tickets to a show, Celtic Dance(excellent) booked a day tour to the Gap and gave tons of what to do info. Would definitely stay at the Victoria again!

Sehr schönes Haus und wunderschöne Zimmer mit allem Komfort.
Das Badezimmer ist äusserst gross und alles war sehr sauber.
Freundliches Personal, kleine Bar.
Frühstück wurde serviert.

Cons:

Das Zimmer (und auch teils das Haus) hatte einen unangenehmen Duft. Ich kann aber nicht sagen woran das genau lag.
Lage etwas ausserhalb des Zentrum.
