Myself and my husband booked for a mini-honeymoon stay after our wedding Monday and we we're lucky enough to receive an upgrade to the Arbutus Suite, which was delightful. A huge spacious cloud like bed, roomy bathroom with seperate shower and jacuzzi bath along with a large mirror, the room comes with a changing room area as well as a small refrigerator and seating/dining area. There are 2 things that made our stay so incredible, the people and the food. Reception staff like Michelle + Maurq were so helpful and kind, asking how our day was, making recommendations for outings and complimenting my style, which I appreciated so much as someone trying to find their style again throughout cancer treatment. We were also quite lucky to meet Sinead from the second we stepped out of our taxi, she was there to greet us, help us with bags and assist us to reception to check in. It's refreshing to see such a hands on owner working away around the hotel throughout all times of the day. They boast a fantastic Michelin star restaurant with such incredible food and drink options, I cannot stress enough how delicious the food is, both at breakfast and dinner time! The Victoria is located within walking distance of the town and train station aswell as not too far from the National Park. Overall an incredible stay, so much so, we had booked to stay Thurs-Sat but decided to add an extra night as we loved it so much. We loved the peace n quiet, the food and most importantly, the people, they are what make the stay a 10/10 for us. Highly recommend, we'll definitely be return customers in future! ✨
This hotel is beyond exceptional , From the moment you arrive onto the property you are greeted by nothing but amazing service, from the reception staff Michelle and Maura being so helpful, having conversations about our trip with one of the owners Sinead and the out of this world bar and restaurant staff providing on the ball service and food that is on another level all together. What makes this hotel so special is the personal level that the staff get to know you no matter how short your stay is. You are greeted by name as you traverse the hotel and upon leaving and entering being asked about your day. Something you do not get at larger hotels anywhere! Rooms are on par with everything else above. I have been coming to Killarney for 20 years from a child until this stay on my honeymoon. I had not stayed in the Victoria hotel before and on all future visits this will be the only hotel I will ever book. I hope this review paints a picture of how high of an opinion I hold this hotel and the people that make it special. Easily the best hotel my wife and I have ever had the pleasure to stay in.

Would not change one thing , the place is 10/10 perfection.
Nice and quiet hotel. The room was immaculate. Very comfortable beds and good breakfast. Lovely place.
No air conditioning and minibar. We were there during a heatweave but we happily managed with the fan provided by the hotel.
Fantastic boutique hotel. Maura at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The room was deadly quiet (in a great way), well appointed, and comfortable.
Nothing!
Absolutely the best stay of our trip!
We fly into Paris from the states and stayed add a couple different hotels in Paris before heading to Killarney for a few days where we stayed at the Victoria, we then went and stayed in Victoria by far was our best stay! All the staff were so kind and helpful and really wanted to get to know you as a person. Our breakfast was everything an Irish breakfast should be even my girls enjoyed it who are 18 and 20. The Victoria was in close proximity to Killarney national Park, which is where we spent several days exploring and it was not far from the dingle peninsula and we enjoyed walking through town as well.. The rooms were comfortable, Home, like, and just very charming I would highly recommend anyone staying in the colony area to stay at the Victoria. I would strongly stay again if I return.
A beautiful hotel. Our suite was newly decorated to an excellent standard. Every detail covered with lovely toiletries and complimentary snacks and chocolate.
We dined at the hotel and enjoyed delicious food. There was live music in the bar which added to the relaxed atmosphere. Staff were friendly and polite and very well trained. We will definitely return.
Spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff.
Everything; excellent very private and tucked away pretty little hotel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Nothing
Hotel staff was wonderful. Maura recommended what to do on our day in Killarney and it was an excellent day!
Weren’t able to control temperature in our room.
We loved everything about the property. To start, it has ample parking and a beautiful exterior. The cascading vines and cozy look makes you feel like you’re in a fairytale. We were greeting by kind and helpful staff, and rose petals and chocolates with a sweet note to celebrate our honeymoon. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable king bed and a stunning view of the mountains. We loved our stay here, and will be returning on our next trip to Ireland!!
We loved EVERYTHING
Beautiful rooms and dining space
A bit far from town
Bedroom
Letto molto comodo
Receptionist gentile e professionale
Camera senza un frigo bar, senza accapatoio, etc. insomma non si chiedono 350 Euro a notte per una camera del genere
Ristorante imbarazzante pagato come una stella michelin ma mangaito come da pub medio
