Staff really friendly , room and breakfast all great

Our stay at The Victoria was lovely. The environment is charming and the room was well appointed. The food was all delicious, both for breakfast and at The Ivy, where we ate two other meals. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful relaxing atmosphere in hotel, room was great ,chocolate treats , fantastic breakfast ,tasty brown bread , scrambled eggs with smoked salmon 😋 eggs Benedict 😋. Had a long chat with night porter lovely man.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel it was such a good experience from start to finish it is warm and welcoming and the staff definitely make the place from Maura at reception from the second we came in you’d know she loves her job and took her time and made us feel special she is a credit to the hotel. We got a tour of the place and she helped organise a taxi for us the food was fantastic especially our waitress Ruth she was very experienced and interacted with us with chat and a little laugh would definitely recommend and most definitely will be back. Thanks to all at The Victoria hotel.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous decor throughout.
Great location, convenient town, national park etc.

Our room was 1 of the cosy heritage rooms, which we found to be a bit small but wouldn't in any way put us off staying again.
The Shower was the best/most powerful one I've ever had, lovely toiletries supplied in bathroom along with shower cap, face cloths.
We didnt have dinner but the breakfast was very good, with the personalised touch of table service - a rarity in hotels these days.
Theres a real personal, homely feeling about The Victoria Hotel & we would love to return ♥️

We had a wonderful experience at the Victoria. From the moment we arrived we were treated so well. Maura who greeted us at reception was just the nicest lady and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. The food was exceptional and the staff team were the friendliest and most helpful people we have met in a hotel. The room was beautiful and everyone went above and beyond during our stay. We will definitely return.

Stayed one night in The Victoria and it was wonderful all around. We were welcomed so graciously by Maura who escorted us personally to our room. The room was lovely and spacious and had separate sitting area. Lovely touches of chocolates and pillow spray stood out from ordinary hotel rooms. The bathroom was lovely and clean, with a strong shower. And facecloths! Very rare in hotels now.
We had a fantastic dinner, lovely menu and wonderful service. The food was delicious, the ambience was great. In the morning we had a superb breakfast. Fantastic service and a lovely choice of breakfast options. Everything is cooked to order and everything was served to the table, from breads and pastries to yogurts, fruit etc.
The Victoria really focuses on the guest experience and does it in style! Thank you for our wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our visit. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious so compliments to the chef. Also breakfast was coeliac friendly which many hotels neglect. So 5 stars all round. Thanks.
