A surprise over night stay for my wife's birthday, I must stay we have been to 5 star and 4 star hotels all over Europe and this hotel out rates them all, absolutely fabulous to Maura checking us in to Sinead greeting us to bar staff absolutely fabulous stay and highly recommend, we will be back to you in a few weeks, Well done guys in getting everything right, Rob and cliona youghal Cork

Absolutely wonderful and would highly recommend if staying in Killarney
Pros:

The location was great, it was about a 5 minute drive in Killarney town. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious.
The staff were always very friendly and helpful with questions and refilling our water jugs.
Parking on site, which was nice.
Easy spot to start and stop Ring of Kerry

Cons:

Had to ask someone to refill our water jugs instead of a water refill station.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Our family had a wonderful experience at the Victoria. The front desk staff (thank you Maura) who provided us great history and information on Ireland. The bar/ lounge provided great conversations and drinks ( thanks- Noel and Collin) for all the fun evenings at the bar chatting! Great breakfast every morning. We would recommend this hotel. It was also spotless and very comfortable. We hope to be back someday.

Just stayed at The Victoria hotel . This is such a lovely hotel . Maura on reception was so welcoming and goes to trouble of remembering all the guests names . All the staff are very friendly and helpful The room was perfect . We had dinner and breakfast there . Food is excellent . Will be back .

Lovely stay

Our stay at The Victoria was lovely. The environment is charming and the room was well appointed. The food was all delicious, both for breakfast and at The Ivy, where we ate two other meals. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
