Pros:

Ottimo hotel a due passi dal centro, ma silenzioso e confortevole. Camera ampia e molto pulita. Colazione buona, anche se prevalentemente salata e forse non completamente rispondente al gusto italiano. Un grazie a Paulina (reception) che ci ha aiutato sia nell'organizzazione dei trasferimenti che delle escursioni, nonchè con un bagaglio smarrito in arrivo all'aeroporto. Un hotel in cui certamente torneremo nel prossimo soggiorno a Cracovia

Posizione fantastica, perfetta per visitare il centro a Piedi. A due passi dalla città vecchia e dal Castello .
Hotel pulito, stanze ampie belle e ben arredata colazione super abbondante e ottima sia dolce che salata, staff estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Està tot molt bé, és tranquil i l'habitació és molt neta i el lavabo perfecte i net. Està molt ben ubicat i pots arribar fàcil al centre.

Super séjour dans cet hôtel ! La décoration est vraiment soignée, moderne et chaleureuse, on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise.
Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement exceptionnel : beaucoup de choix, des produits de qualité, tout était délicieux. Un vrai plus pour bien commencer la journée !
Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, accueillant et toujours disponible pour répondre aux demandes avec le sourire.
L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement sans transport.
Je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Location, receptionist was lovely and helpful, communal areas clean

Cons:

Spare bed in our room was not made up on arrival and we only had 2 towels between 3 of us. 1 tea bag for 4 nights between 3 people. Big stains on carpet and side of bed need addressing. Breakfast good choices weren't good

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro storico, la zona è centrale e tranquilla. L'hotel è molto pulito, bellissimo e lo staff super cordiale. La colazione è ricca di proposte sia dolci che salate.

Aamupala oli oikein maukas, ei valtavan laaja mutta täysin riittävä ja kaikki maistui hyvälle. Hotelli oli todella siisti ja tyylikäs. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hiljainen sijainti ison kadun takana.

Cons:

Sängyt olivat todella pehmeät ja kuopalla.

La ubicación del hotel es espectacular, está todo al lado y muy céntrico y con una parada de tranvía al lado, así que es muy cómodo para moverse. La chica de recepción encantadora, nos organizó el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa y el día que teníamos excursiones temprano, nos dieron el desayuno para llevar. El desayuno del hotel es muy variado.

Cons:

Lo único, pues que la ducha tenía poca presión, no sé si por estar en el último piso. Y una estantería en la ducha sería de agradecer porqué no hay nada para poner los artículos de baño. Pero el tamaño de la habitación y el baño eran buenos.
