La ubicación, un buen descanso y desayuno.

La professionalità e la messa a disposizione dello staff tutto sono encomiabili. Colazione abbondante e molto fresca e varia. Hotel centrale, 20 minuti dal castello, 5 minuti da piazza del mercato. organizzato con loro sia Auschwitz che mercato del sale. Il giorno del compleanno di mia figlia stanza addobbata... voto 10

Konumu güzel, temiz, çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı yeterli, kahvesi güzel. Sadece oda temizlikleri erken saatte başladığından sesler rahatsız edebilir. Tekrar kalır miyiz ? Evet

Номера отличные ; местоположение отеля премиум ; завтраки просто испортили всю картину

Все отлично кроме завтраков..

Cons:

Завтраки настолько бедные что были удивлены и не только мы.. люди стояли и ждали чтоб хоть что нибудь добавили к тому что быстро закончилось, но персонал столовой не спешил… а если что то приносилось то было на таких маленьких тарелочках что хватало на пару человек

スタッフの対応が何よりもよかったです。他のホテルに宿泊していた知人もいて、空港からの送迎や別の旅先までの送迎をまとめて依頼したのですが、運転手、受付、どのスタッフも笑顔で迅速に、また親身になって対応してくださり、素晴らしいものでした。また朝食が期待をはるかに超える美味しさで種類が多く、野菜やフルーツも新鮮で楽しめました。最後の日が出発が早朝でしたが、依頼時間にはきちんとパッキングして、フルーツや飲み物までつけてくれました。部屋は清潔でインテリアのセンスがよく、静かでよく休むことができました。ありがとうございました。
