Ottima struttura
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, bastano circa 10 minuti a piedi per arrivare sia alla stazione ferroviaria principale (Glowny) che alla piazza principale di Cracovia. Camera moderna e spaziosa con tutto quello che serve. Bagno con doccia grande e con a disposizione un phon diverso dai soliti attaccati al muro. Ambiente molto pulito.

Cons:

La colazione abbonda maggiormente di cibi salati, mancano i cornetti e qualche brioche in più, ma alla fine non è male. La TV non è Smart. Il materasso era parecchio usato e i cuscini molto fini, diciamo che non erano molto comodi. Connessione Wi-Fi non potentissima.

Very comfortable hotel, excellent breakfast
Pros:

Really comfortable room, and the breakfast was one if the best we've had in s European hotel, with a range of salads and cooked food, as well as fruit. Good size room and good shower.

Cons:

Nothing really! Very good location for us as close to train station but others may want to be closer to old town centre.

Great hotel. Great location. Good value and exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Very efficient and professional.

Cons:

The staff working the breakfast room were quite miserable and looked like they didn’t want to be there. It’s important that staff particularly in the morning are welcoming and cheerful.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

The rooms are beautifully renovated with a comfortable bed! Breakfast had a good selection of everything we needed.
The location is perfect - just a few minutes walk from the main square in a quiet street.

The hotel is 5mins walk from the train/bus station but also close to the old town.
Very clean. Lovely breakfast. Offered to look after the bags when we checked out in the morning

Lovely hotel and very clean. Reception staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast staff not very smiley.
Pros:

Location was good.
Bathroom, excellent facilities.
Fridge useful.

Cons:

No outside seating space after a long day and bar/coffee service had very short hours.
Our room was very dark due to its location. Interior of room was decorated in dark colours and lighting was poor.
