Pros:

Bliskość do metra i w ogóle transportu publicznego.
Bardzo czysta łazienka.

Cons:

Jedynym mankamentem był ogromny hałas z ulicy. Nie można było przespać nocy. Zamknięcie okna nie było możliwe z uwagi na brak klimatyzacji. I powstawały tzw. koło zamknięte.

Buonissimo soggiorno

L’hotel é in una posizione favorevole per la visita della città, nelle vicinanze troverete , tabaccai, alimentari, ristoranti , stazione metro e fermata tram.
La colazione é molto vasta e buona.
La stanza per 3 persone era grande e in ordine
Letti e i cuscini molto comodi.
Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per la sua posizione , il centro dista 1,5 km a piedi

Cons:

Data la probabile mutazione climatica , sarebbe opportuno iniziare a pensare di dotare le camere di aria condizionata. Il ventilatore a torre presente in camera , non é stato molto sufficiente,

Praga jest cudowna , tak różna od hotelu Rafaello.
Pros:

Sniadanie super , obfite i smaczne

Cons:

Klimatyzacja nie działała od samego początku , wstawili jakiś wiatrak ale przy 32 stopniach to żart , po przeciwnej stronie ulicy ciągłe imprezy i awantury , zgiełk z ulicy straszny , w nocy nie daje się otworzyć okna , można się przekonać o skutkach wynajmu krótkoterminowego , po drugiej stronie ulicy całonocne z alko.....i popisy młodych czechów.Jeżeli masz mieć pokój od strony ulicy , zostań w domu. Może tak ktoś z właścicieli przespałby się raz przy 35 stopniach w pokoju 304 lub np 303 ?

Praga jest piękna

Lokalizacja jedyny plus

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji zastąpiony trzema wiatrakami z czego jeden nie działał przy 40 stopniach na zewnątrz apartament na poddaszu . Łóżka z materacami wybitymi bardzo niewygodne po 3 nocach ból pleców .
Wykładziny dywanowe wymagające wymiany
, białe rozległe plamy po jakiejś chemii. Mówiliśmy śniadania w cenie apartamentu , niestety tu też niewiele dobrego da się powiedzieć słabiutko. Na pewno tam nie wrzucę.

Sobra moqueta y falta aire acondionado.
Pros:

La ubicación, estaba cerca de la estación de metro y de paradas de varios tranvías. La amabilidad de las recepcionistas, y de una señora que estaba en la cocina, preparando los desayunos. La cama era cómoda, y la almohada, también.

Cons:

El desayuno "algo extraño". Entiendo que muchos europeos desayunan ensaladas con pepinillos...pero ¿brócoli? Deben tener en cuenta que nos alojamos muchos españoles en sus hoteles, y aunque también había croasanes, y pan para tostar, se "echaba en falta", aceite de oliva, tomate rallado, y unas simples galletas.
La moqueta creo que la deben sustituir; está ya muy vieja, y con manchas. Además no nos limpiaron nada más que un día, habiéndonos alojado 4 noches, y cogen demasiado polvo, además de dar mucho calor a la habitación (que encima no cuenta con aire acondicionado, y hemos estado a 37 y 38 grados).
El baño es bonito, pero la bañera es demasiado alta (en España no cumpliría los estándares necesarios...barreras arquitectónicas).
