המיקום מעולה. ארוחת הבוקר בסגנון בית קפה די מגוון יחסית לאירופה. המנות בהזמנה אישית בנוסף לבופה עשויות בטוב טעם.
החדר נקי והעיצוב עדין.

הטיפולים בספא יקרים ביחס למקומות בעיר.

מיקום- צמוד לתחנת הרכבת המרכזית. מרחק הליכה סביר מהמרכז.

המיקום מעולה, אבל השירות חייב להשתפר.

המיקום היה מעולה, קרוב מאוד לכיכר המרכזית והכל במרחק הליכה של 5 דקות.

Cons:

השירות היה סביר.. קיבלנו חדר אחר ממה שהזמנו בקומה הראשונה והחדר היה בצד השני של המלון צופה לאיזור מחסנים של המלון. כשביקשנו לעבור אמרו לנו שזה מה שהזמנו ושהמלון מלא.
לאחר שהתווכחנו איתו כמובן הוא הסכים להחליף.

חווית השינה בחדר הייתה על הפנים, הכריות לא נוחות, יש אור מהוילונות ולא תמיד המזגן עובד כמו שצריך.
בנוסף, לא תמיד מנקים את החדר כמו שצריך, החליפו לנו מצעים רק כשביקשנו ותמיד משאירים מגבת אחת לכל אורח.

Good hotel close to city center and train
Pros:

Location close to the train station and walking distance to city center
Good spa

Cons:

Very small bathroom in a cubicle with glass window within the room, every time you turn on the light in the batroom it also affects the entire room and that impacts sleeping @ night
We were in room 117, which was aboce the street, so we heard traffic noises (tram etc)
The air conditioner is not effective enough, you cannot set it below 20 C but even if you set it to 20C, the room does not cool below 24-23 and it was too hot during the night

המלון מעוצב מאד יפה. מיקום נהדר מול תחנת הרכבת וקרוב יחסית לאיזורים המתוירים. הצוות אדיב ומוכן לעזור. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה ומגוונת . החדר מעוצב ונח. הייתה לנו שהייה כייפית ונשמח לחזור

The hotel was full of character and the staff was professional, friendly and very helpful.
Pros:

The courtyard was lovely for breakfast and also for cocktails in the evening. The lobby was beautiful with plants, candles, colourful furniture and pictures. The spiral staircase was impressive. The green furniture and geometric wallpaper in the bedroom was funky and classy.

Hotel si udržuje vysokú kvalitatívnu úroveň
Pros:

Výborné raňajky , pohodlná izba a slušné vybavenie hotela vrátane fitness aj malého wellnessu

Cons:

Hotel nemá vlastný parking, ale zabezpečili nám parkovanie/ odvoz -dovoz autá do hotela ( aj keď cena za deň je dosť vysoká)

Uniikki tyylikäs boutiquehotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla kauniissa miljöössä rennolla ilmapiirillä

Erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta, Monkey Barin sisäpiha oli viihtyisä, aamiainen oli runsas ja maukas, vanhan talon miljöö on kaunis ja hotellissa on erittäin positiivinen tunnelma. Siistit julkiset tilat ja hyvä päivittäinen siivous. Loistava sijainniltaan ja hyvä hinta-laatusuhde kaikin puolin.

Pros:

Das Frühstück ist tatsächlich außergewöhnlich gut.

Cons:

Das Bad ist zwar modern, aber es gibt zwei kleine Beanstandungen. Das Waschbecken ist eher klein. Und man hat Probleme, nasse Hand- und Badetücher irgendwo aufzuhängen, damit sie trocknen. Sonst aber war das uns zugewiesene Zimmer. sehr komfortabel.
