I claimed to the reception and will not visit this hotel again

The location and the reception guy

Cleaning is not 5 stars hotel
Bathroom, the bed and the hall over the room
The room made was just visiting the rom changing towels and just arranging the bed and didn’t change the bed mattress the all 3 nights .the breakfast was so poor too

Enjoyed the stay from beginning to end.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Decor and vibe was fabulous. Particularly enjoyed the Monkey Bar, what a charming space.

Schönes Hotel, wenn man keinen Wert auf guten Service legt!
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war äußerst vielfältig, zusätzlich konnte man auch à la carte bestellen. Die Cocktails sowie das Essen in der Monkey Bar waren fantastisch.

Cons:

Keine Begrüßung bei der Ankunft, auch morgens und tagsüber gehen Mitarbeiter wortlos an den Gästen vorbei. Die in der Lobby bereitstehenden Willkommensgetränke wurden nicht angeboten. Zudem gab es keinerlei Nachfrage, ob Unterstützung benötigt wird – etwa Restaurantempfehlungen oder ein Stadtplan. Beim Check-out fehlte ebenfalls jede Verabschiedung oder ein freundliches „Schön, dass Sie bei uns waren“. Insgesamt wirkte der Service leider sehr unpersönlich und wenig aufmerksam.
