Beach Park Hotel

The tv didn’t work at all and the lobby was hot.

Hotel was ok…just dated which is also ok. Elevators were down but not the end of the world. Just overall decent stay.

Location location location. Close to the beach and restaurants.

Ill never come back false information regarding this place its look like office building not a hotel combined into hotel with 3 floors no elevator remember elevator is never worked

When we arrived we had to pay a check in fee of $100 (which they give back at check out). There's no problem paying the fee/deposit BUT I would've loved for them to have been a little more clear on their website regarding this. ALSO, we had to pay an EXTRA $80 (NON-REFUNDABLE) for 2 day parking. I want to add that they have a very small parking lot behind the hotel in an alleyway & they keep your keys throughout your entire stay. Their website says "parking included" but they miss the part that you have to pay a butload for.
Their elevator was out of service. The lobby was hot & humid. The hotel room was VERY hot, no thermostat whatsover, we had to adjust to the condition that the place was in which was in shambles. There was a cockroach in our bathroom crawling around AND the walls were paper thin, I could hear everyone and everything in that hotel. This honestly has been the worse "hotel" I've stayed at. The reality did not meet the expectations and the pretty aesthetic they paint to have online.

I paid for valet parking which is a separate company from the hotel and I had to park my car every time and pull it out as well ballet was never to be found so I paid $120 to park my own car. The location is amazing The beach is right across the street. They need to upgrade their TV channel system and it would have been nice to have a microwave in the building. The room was amazing I really enjoyed my stay I just did not like the valley issue. I will return again.

Clean & funky space. Difficult to use shower, that I discovered at checkout that there were instructions that they didn't give me at checkin.

Nice hotel, right by the beach. Front desk staff was very nice. Its cold in the building but you can get a very nice warm blanket at the front desk. Enjoyed my stay in a comfortable room!

Great location right across from the beach. And the elevator was out of order.

Although the elevator was out of service, accommodation made up for it. I've stayed here before and I'll be back.

Helen took good care of us while we stay at the hotel. Her customers service made excellent.

Elevator broke and the first room given was dirty

When we came we didn’t enjoy the fact that the elevator was out of service for 3 out of the 5 days we went, and yes they reimbursed some of our money but it was such an inconvenience because we were staying on the 3rd floor. The bathroom shower didn’t have a full door so we were a bit confused.. also they didn’t have a microwave, or anywhere in the hotel to get water. Lastly when we stayed and asked for more towels they made it seem like they couldn’t give us more and there was barely anyone ever at the front desk to even ask. Besides that, our time in Miami was awesome and the surrounding area was great the beach was right across the street and they had awesome food options down the strip.

Pros - Room was clean and comfortable. Temp feel was hitting 110 outside and AC on my floor was ice cold (like a meat locker) which felt amazing. I couldn't find a way to control the temp in the room but it felt so good I didn't care. Hotel is beautiful.

Cons - Staff was pretty rude to indifferent. Fine print is if you stay only one night you have to pay $100 deposit. Elevator was broken. Costs $40 to park overnight even if you are staying with them. Parking wasn't explained well at check in and I had to go searching for the parking guy to get my keys to find out they were at the front desk. No vending or water so make sure you bring drinks with you.

Very bad hotel, not clean, old rooms. Staff is very rude, all of them! Rooms are freezing and there’s no way to control the temperature. Elevator was not working, Valet parking was not always valet as the employees were not always there. Only good thing about it is the location. Other than that, will never go back.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. I love the old feel. It’s so adorable. Staff were really helpful with my questions. Perfect location!

The beds and pillows were a little hard, and the showers could be updated. But I would 100% return!
