Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Mostly described as clean and spotless in many reviews, but reports of an ant infestation and occasional issues (e.g., room smelled, AC problems) reduce the score.
Service
9.8
Consistently praised — multiple mentions of Edith and other staff going above and beyond, friendly and helpful service; isolated check-in delays noted but outweighed by strong personal service.
Location
9
Repeatedly described as excellent, convenient, and surrounded by food options; parking availability generally good though one note about large vehicles taking spaces.
Room Quality
8.8
Rooms described as comfortable with comfy beds, large jetted tubs/jacuzzi and good water pressure; some negatives such as loud air conditioner and small omissions (no microwave/fridge) temper the score.
Amenities
7.8
Jacuzzi and provided toiletries praised, lobby and cleanliness noted; however paid breakfast, paid Wi‑Fi unless member, and lack of in-room microwave/fridge are consistent negatives.
Value for Money
6.5
Multiple guests called the hotel overpriced (example: $247/night) and complained about unexpected charges (paid breakfast, non‑free Wi‑Fi), with at least one guest saying they overpaid compared to expectations.
Food and Beverage
7.9
Breakfast quality described positively (hot eggs, meat options), but price (~$20/person) and inconsistent inclusion in bookings lower the score.
Overall Experience
9.9
Overall many 'best stay' and recommendation comments driven by excellent staff, clean rooms, and comfy facilities; isolated service slowdowns and amenity/value issues slightly offset an otherwise strong experience.

Disappointed
Pros:

It was spacious. for the most part, clean. Great location

Cons:

I paid an extra hundred dollars for this hotel. I thought they had breakfast they do but it’s not free. Neither is Wi-Fi. You have to be a member to get it. They don’t have a microwave so traveling with a toddler made it really difficult thinking that they had free breakfast. This was false advertisement and I’m very upset about it. there was also an ant infestation in our room

Cons:

Check in took a long time. 15-20 mins. Customer came around counter at one point and actually was using the computer to type. The person checking people in never even acknowledged the line that was growing.

Jacuzzi is awesome
Pros:

had an amazing stay thanks to the exceptional service provided by Edith and Hilton. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and their genuine hospitality truly stood out. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The jacuzzi was a highlight — clean, relaxing, and exactly what I needed after a long day. Overall, a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for great service and a peaceful stay.
