Cons:

Check in took a long time. 15-20 mins. Customer came around counter at one point and actually was using the computer to type. The person checking people in never even acknowledged the line that was growing.

Jacuzzi is awesome
Pros:

had an amazing stay thanks to the exceptional service provided by Edith and Hilton. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and their genuine hospitality truly stood out. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The jacuzzi was a highlight — clean, relaxing, and exactly what I needed after a long day. Overall, a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for great service and a peaceful stay.

Pros:

Location is wonderful , its clean , not crowded ,peacfull ,lot of parking , but honestly its way OVERPRICED ( $247.00 PER NIGHT ) just becouse it has in a room jacuzi and doesnt have a basic small fridge and or microwave .

Cons:

well starting fromthe minute entered the rooom i seemyname on the TV screen spelled wrong , which the hotel has studed how importanat to do that, and even called to front desk and asked to correct my name, and that took the person to 15 minutes togave me an answer ,cant do it at his end .

Pros:

Breakfast spread is always very nice with hot eggs and meat options in addition to standard breakfast options. Price is high at $20/person, but we usually have free breakfast included in our booking.

Highly recommend
Pros:

I spend many nights in hotels and this is the best there is because of the people. Edith welcomes me with a big smile and a sense of humor. She also knows the area well and will tell you where the best spots are to eat. She always checks to be sure everything is ok with the room as well. Don’t forget to stop at the bar for a bite to eat or a drink. Carmen has you covered. Very friendly and always ready for a conversation. I highly recommend this hotel.

Edith you’re the best!
Pros:

Missed this out. Better late than never.

Felt like home. First, the A/C picks up and gets the room cool - especially this summer time. The available space is decent. Water pressure was great. No need to bring shampoo, conditioner and body wash as they’re all provided.

This location is perfect with different food surrounding the hotel. There’s also a carwash nearby to clean our car after a long drive.

And to top it all, their service was quick and Edith from the front desk understood us and provided us with what we needed. Best customer service received in recent years of going to places to stay in.

Adequate.
Pros:

Easy parking in and out. Good sized room. Nicely appointed.

Cons:

Wish they had hard floors rather than carpets. Found and killed a cockroach. Had to ask for a microwave. Wish I could have opened a window.

A perfect fit for us. We have another high school graduation next year and we will be back.
Pros:

Room was great. Staff was wonderful. Carmen behind the bar did an excellent job and the food in the restaurant exceeded expectations. The location worked great for us as we attended a high school graduation.

Cons:

The room air conditioning was very loud.
