Hotellin aula ja hotellirakennus olivat oikein hienot, myös huone siisti ja pieni kuntosali oikein mainio lyhyen visiitin treenejä varten. Kaiken kaikkiaan todella hyvä hinta-laatusuhde! Myös keskeinen sijainti oli erinomainen.

Cons:

Hotellilla aika monessa kohdin mainostettiin maanantain happy houria, jossa alkuillasta oli complimentary wine hour. Tätä ei kuitenkaan ollut meidän visiitillämme, ja vähän lakonisesti henkilökunta totesi, että resursseja ei ollut, koska kyseisenä maanantaina oli kova lumimyrsky ja kaikki liikenevät henkilökunnasta olivat "lumitöissä". En ihan usko, että kuitenkaan kaikki lumitöitä tekivät ja kovan wine hour -markkinoinnin jälkeen olisi tätä voinut vaikka edes pahoitella. Juurikin lumimyrskystä ja tyhjentyneestä kaupungista sekä suljetuista ravintoloista johtuen olisi ollut erittäin mukava nauttia lasi viiniä omalla hotellilla mainostetun complimentary wine hourin merkeissä. Kellään ei kuitenkaan ollut estettä sitä maksullista viiniä laseihin tarjoilla, mutta complimentaryn osalta vedottin lumitöihin. :D

Great location, great hotel
Pros:

Great location in the Back Bay is close to everything! There are lots of restaurants, shops, coffee, etc. within walking distance. The room åwas a great size, comfortable, quiet, and clean. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and room service was excellent quality and reasonably priced. The building is also really cool, being the former Boston PD HQ.

Nice experience
Pros:

Me and my 3 kids tagged along on my husband’s business trip. Our double room was a great size and fit all our stuff including a pack and play! The location in the back bay was conveniently located and it was easy to walk around with our stroller. It was clean. And Christopher the doorman was a joy to see each time we came down the elevator. Definitely a lot more businessmen than anything else, but everyone was kind.

Best boutique hotel in Boston!
Pros:

My significant other and I had an absolutely fabulous time at the Hotel AKA Back Bay. Great location, valet parking, lovely room and good restaurant contributed to a leisurely time. But most of all, the staff were so attentive and helpful. Thank you LaKeisha, Troy, Enisa, Rudy and wonderful Chris for making our trip to Boston a memorable one!
