Badet og dusjen var ikke helt optimal. Kan hende det var noe feil med dusjen, men det var enten kokende varmt vann eller iskaldt, det satte en demper for helhetsinntrykket

Had a great time and I would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Excellent and helpful staff. Hotel located in a lovely area of the city.

Nomad bartender visits Back Bay
Pros:

I stayed at AKA Back Bay last minute and had such a great experience. I work as a bartender at the AKA NoMad location in NYC so I was curious about our other locations.

A special shoutout to Heather, who helped me when I called and whom I was lucky enough to meet in person before we left. She was super down to earth, welcoming, and overall my favorite person to meet!

Ryan, the manager, was also so thoughtful. He left us a card cheering on the Knicks, which was such a fun surprise and really made us smile. We were also super grateful for the drink tickets ;).

We felt really taken care of during short stay. Great location, great people, and a wonderful experience all around. Thanks again to everyone at AKA Back Bay! Come visit me in Nomad!

Fantastic experience in a fantastic city full of fantastic people
Pros:

A truly great hotel with a great experience enabled by the most welcoming staff. My friend and I arrived late on Thursday night to a very warm welcome. As part of the tartan army going to see Scotland play in Boston in Saturday for the World Cup, they were all somewhat curious about us and so we struck up a very good relationship early on. Giber, Chris, Troy and Heather tended to our every need and ensured we were going to the best places, eating good food and experiencing the best of Boston. We would show up a bit worse for wear and they would ensure we had water and working keys for the room. The rooms were amazing - clean, well kept and the right temperature. We had a lovely sleep each night and the best experience thanks to these fantastic staff members. They are a credit to this great city and great hotel.

Great staff
Pros:

We stayed for 4 nights during the world cup. The hotel was great and the staff were brilliant. Especially Heather, Giber and Troy. They couldn't do enough for us and even made sure we stayed hydrated with water. Would definitely recommend it.

Go-To Hotel in Downtown Boston
Pros:

Nicely refurbished hotel in a terrific location now under new and dynamic management. Great staff, nicely refurbished rooms. I liked it when it was a Loews -- and hte staff was always excellent -- but it's now moved up a notch. Definitely my go-to hotel in Boston.
