Muito boa!
Pros:

Gostei muito de um senhor que carregou minhas malas, de Camarões. Esqueci seu nome mas foi extremamente educado e cordial. O quarto também era muito amplo e limpo. Gostei bastante do conforto e tb da sala de ginástica.

Cons:

O restaurante tem uma boa comida, mas achei as instalações antigas.

Pros:

Nice and spacey rooms, comfy bed, coffee and tea in the room. They gave us water at the front desk, and the gym is small but good for a treadmill run. Great location, short walk to all the fun places and trains, subways.

Great hotel
Pros:

Our family and extended family stayed at the AKA for Thanksgiving. The staff went out of their way to help us from assigning our rooms on the same floor to treats in the gathering area. Our rooms were very comfortable, but having the gathering area was the best. The whole family congregated there before going out, for meals, and to visit.

This is my second time staying there, and I would highly recommend it to others.

Cute hotel, hot cocoa on Sunday on Cold day was a nice touch!
Pros:

Good location
Clean new facilities

Cons:

Double bed a bit small
Lobby restroom difficult to find and needed key card for entry ( don’t forget in case you’re in a hurry).
Attendant a bit aggressive in insisting on handling all carry-on luggage going up the elevator tho some members of our group didn’t want to wait for it.

Great experience
Pros:

The location is great as it is within walking distance to the Restaurants, garden, library, churches and shopping mall.
The hotel staff is super helpful and the room is clean and good size.
