Horrible, avoid this hotel at all cost.
Cons:

Noisy sirens from the hospital emergency room all night.
Smell of marijuana seeped into the room almost 100 % of the time.
Made a mistake about which credit card to put my deposit, even after I explained it and gave them the card.
Drug addicts injecting them selves outside, along with unstable people walking the streets with sticks.

The hotel is beautiful, and the breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of choices. However, I stayed on the 8th floor, directly below the gym. Someone was working out in the middle of the night and repeatedly dropping or slamming the equipment, which made an unbearable amount of noise and seriously affected my sleep.

It is unfortunate because the hotel itself is quite nice, but the nighttime noise was extremely frustrating. For this reason, I can only give it 3 stars.
