Die Wahrheit kann ich nicht über das Hotel beschweren waren sehr freundlich, uns zu den Zimmern zu begleiten, die Einrichtungen sehr sauber und sehr komfortable Zimmer.


Die Restaurants sehr gut und sehr reichhaltiges Buffet und der Koch der ausgezeichneten Kuchen waren köstlich in den beiden Buffets, exzellenten Service sehr freundliche Menschen vor allem die von Aqua Lounge Bar und Lobby Bar.

Ich habe nur eine Beschwerde und das wäre mit einem der Kellner im Al Dente Restaurant auf den ersten sehr nett und alle, aber ein paar Tage nachdem ich dort mit meinem Freund war, fragte er mich Dinge wie, ob ich mit meinem Freund glücklich war oder ob er mein freund war obwohl er das schon wusste und ich fühlte mich sehr unwohl ein Mangel an Respekt und wenn mein Freund stand er kam direkt zu mir sprechen.

Leider erinnere ich mich nicht an seinen Namen und der vorletzte Tag war, wo ich explodierte ich mit meinem Freund essen ruhig, wenn er in der Nähe von unserem Tisch geht und sagt, Baby , Da haben mein Freund und ich beschlossen, diesen Ort zu verlassen und am anderen Buffet zu essen.

Das essen war nicht schlecht.

Und denn ich muss sagen, dass es eine Kellner gab, die mich und meinen Freund respektierte und die sich sehr gut um uns beide kümmerte.

Aber sonst allgemein eine gute Hotel

Best resort experience.
Pros:

It was a beautiful and relaxing experience with great scenery and many activities.

Very nice and welcoming staff especially the cleaners and the staff working in the restaurants every day. They work very hard to make sure you have everything you need.

Staff would not do anything without asking for tips. Very annoying to have to pay extra for services that you already paid. Asked for wake up call. Got none. Had to change the room key several times as it did no work. We were a large group that paid premium. Some got premium rooms, some didn’t. All dependent on the tip paid. Internet was sketchy at the best

Pros:

Check in was appalling- no information about the booking despite it been made a month before and rude staff. Ended up paying a premium rate for the night. Following day still not sorted until I contacted Hotels.com at a cost of £20 for the call (hotel said they would reimburse but did not).
Once sorted the remaining 2 days stay was pleasant but would not return as too much hassle at the beginning.

Pros:

The staff is very friendly, for the money I paid it's a good value but, for food quality and variety is not satisfied also some of the rooms need some maintenance.
