Categories

Cleanliness
5.2
Multiple reviews mention dirtiness, cockroaches, bed/mattress pests, inconsistent housekeeping and lack of hygiene products; several guests describe rooms and public areas as needing deep cleaning.
Service
9
Staff repeatedly described as kind, helpful and attentive (welcome snacks, assistance with luggage, available personnel); service is a clear strength despite other issues.
Location
8.7
Location is frequently praised (central, close to bus stops, good base for exploring, Lidl nearby); some mentions of nearby noise sources (construction, factory) but overall location is a positive.
Room Quality
5.6
Rooms often cited as dated (70s-style), poor layout (view to wall), issues with air conditioning, flooding/shower drainage and occasional pest problems; comfort mixed despite some large beds.
Amenities
7.4
Pool and basic facilities (pool, billiards) are appreciated and functional; however some guests note limited all-inclusive offerings and shortcomings in hygiene/product provision.
Value for Money
7.8
Several guests explicitly state good value or recommend the hotel for price/quality; others feel offerings do not fully match expectations, but overall value is viewed positively by many.
Food and Beverage
5.7
Frequent complaints about monotonous, repetitive or poor-quality meals and limited evening options; breakfast is sometimes described as OK but variety is lacking.
Overall Experience
7.4
Mixed overall: appreciative of staff, pool and location with good price points, but marred by cleanliness, room condition, food and noise issues—resulting in a middling but slightly positive overall impression.

Avantaje..dezavantaje
Pros:

Pros:

Lokalizacja, przestronny pokoj i wanna

Cons:

Bufet zdecydowanie do poprawy.
