Room well laid out and fit for purpose

Cons:

These 3.30 pm check-ins are the pits
You arrive half an hour early, they tell you to wait to 3.30pm, you know the rooms are ready, they are selling stuff all twins
At 3.30pm they have one staff member to do all the check ins
They annoy the public immensely, they pour massive pressure upon themselves concentrating check ins at one time
Was Tour Manager for Captains Choice many years did check ins quicker for 180 people
Guess either new or have no clue how to operate a hospitality business
Make themselves angry and over burdened through stupid non flexible rules
