Everything you needed for a quick stay nothing fancy but all the amenities necessary were met.
Pros:

It was a great value and it was drivable to all the places we needed to be.
Pros:

The property was clean and seemed like it had a recent renovation. We had reserved a room with 2 queens and a pull out couch. The room seemed to be 2 doubles no couches. It was fine as we brought one less kid with us. If we had both kids we would not have fit. The only thing to look at is the ceilings are all def battling leaks. I hope they don't cave in anything soon.

Cons:

Just that the ceilings looked like they have major water damage. It would have been awesome if they had hot tub and body wash.

Cons:

The room was beat up. The pocket door to bathroom was hard to move and didn’t close fully. The shower rod was loose so the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. There wasn’t bedding for the fold out couch. The room with the fold out couch was very narrow/small for a community space and the one couch was quite uncomfortable. The 4 flights of stairs inside the room itself were tough on the two 78 year-olds. The room (king suite)did not match what was pictured on the website. There were cobwebs along the ceiling of the bathroom. The bathroom wasn’t on the same floor as the bedroom.

Pros:

The Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The AC barley works and we basically unable to cool down room without leaving the windows open. Still leaving the room warmer than we wanted.
We were also woken up by the sound of the bathroom sink flooding the bathroom as the water was coming up from the drain.
The WIFI also did not work for our room.

The whole hotel was so warm. When I went to check in it felt like it was in the 80’s. And then walking to my room on the top floor was even warmer. Luckily the AC in the room was working or there was no way I could stay there.

Pros:

The location was great. Easy walk to the beach and Harbor or to down town. It didn’t have a pool or gym but it was perfect for the price. It had a spacious room with microwave and fridge and kitchen sink. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. It was air conditioned as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful will definitely stay there again.

Pros:

When I book the hotel at booking.com, it says that breakfast was included and there was no breakfast and I thought it was laquinta which I have a good experience before. It would be better not to have it as laquinta.

Cons:

I didn't like that they ask $200 in cash for deposit. This is inconvenient for someone who doesn't carry cash/debit card. When I check in, I was told that I'll get the same bills when I check out but they gave me $100.

Overall it was wonderful, ideal location and everything was in walking distance.
Pros:

It was a perfect location due to it being right by the beach.

Cons:

The deposit was a little extreme, I found it weird that two of the same rooms that I purchased were priced differently.
