Good except for receptionist who doesn't know her hotel's policy.
Pros:

Room was very clean and hotel was in a good location with ample free parking.

Cons:

Staff was indifferent at best. Check-in was horrible because the receptionist insisted that a cash deposit was required and a credit card was not acceptable. This hotel emailed me before arrival saying that either was acceptable. I live outside the USA so I only had a limited amount of cash brought for small purchases and would have to go to a bank to replace it.
