Overall our stay was good and we will book again for future visits to the area.
Pros:

The location of this property was awesome. You can’t beat this price for how close you are to the beach. The rooms were nice and big.

Cons:

It was a little inconvenient not being able to use any of the doors except for the front door. The is no air conditioning in the lobby or hallways and when we got there it wasn’t on in our rooms so it took a bit to cool down. Our air conditioner was broken in one of our rooms but the staff was able to switch rooms for us. We also found a shirt in one of our rooms from a previous guest which made us question the cleanliness a little bit.

Pros:

Staff overall was friendly. There was one staff member that was in her own moods bit everyone else was good

Cons:

Hall way was hot. Thank Goodness Ac worked in the room.
Room didn't get cleaned daily but we're open to cleaning if requested.
No breakfast.

Overall it was a great stay! We would stay there again!
Pros:

The room size was great. Much bigger than most hotel rooms. The location was great. Beach, coffee, and food all within walking distance. Staff were very nice both checking in and checking out.

Cons:

Minimal snack options in the morning. The plastic wrap over the mattress is understandable but it is annoying when you have someone tossing back and forth.

Pros:

The room was great it was clean, but it had smell in the room like pets' urine which threw me off but other than that great room.

Cons:

Honestly just the 200 dollars hold and the so strict ID checks for people you bring or visitors.
