Pros:

I've stayed here a few times recently and it is a very nice place. It's spotlessly clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast very good. I enjoy the room decor and the beds have been wonderful. Most importantly, I feel safe and comfortable there. I'm an elderly woman and my husband is in the hospital nearby.

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say.

The breakfast was great.

Cons:

The internet was down. We sat in lobby for 2 hours before we could get a room. Very upsetting as we arrived very tired

Very great would come back and recommend.

Very clean. Nice and friendly staff members.

Cons:

The lady cooking breakfast couldnt understand that we were asking how long until more biscuits were made. And we had to wait for 25 mins for a new batch when she first told us 10 mins.

Will definitely be back for a stay.
Pros:

The bar and pool were the most frequent places we went on our 2 days. They were great. The bartender served Shirley Temples to our son and he felt like he was an adult. The mixed drink I enjoyed was excellent quality and the service was better than most upper class restaurants.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was all we had for the kerrig was tea and decafe.

Great beds super clean fantastic breakfast

Cons:

$50.00 hidden security deposit ( unknown till time of check in) . They hang on to for 5 working days . Not cool - is this Hilton policy or just this hotel

The location was great. There were so many different restaurants and entertainment in the area. The indoor heated pool was very relaxing and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Room didn't have full toilet paper less than 1/4 of 2 rolls for a room of 3. Well thats just not sufficient.
Also recommendation would be to have rooms with recliner available for people who can't sleep in bed.
