Room may be need upgrading seemed dated. Room wasn't ready at 3pm and then said Room had changed. I had asked for a birthday card in the room but because they changed our room last minute it didn't happen.

Cons:

Leak in our room. Paid €12.50 for a cocktail and they didn’t even fill the little glass half way. Very poor. I had the same cocktail in the second night and the bar woman that night did things correctly

Steam room out of order 2 of 3 days I was there

Alot of noise from wedding reception two floors below well into Saturday night. Need to improve sound proofing
Didn't replenish milk and biscuits in room for second day of stay.
Interior design in general a little generic and tired.
