We arrived earlier than expected; however the staff did work to ensure one of our family room reservation was available before official check-in time. It made it easier to ensure the children could rest for a brief time while we waited for our second room. The breakfast buffet was a surprise! We were very impressed with the variety of food and value. Our family also enjoyed the indoor pool and fitness center. Although we stayed only one night, it was an excellent way to end our vacation.
Would have been nice to have a "cheat" sheet of nearby cafes or restaurants that we could review before going out to explore the local sights.

Parking is confusing. You get into a public paid parking but no instructions for hotel guest users.
The bathroom in our room needs upgrade. Very dated.

It took time a long time to order food.. no waitress came I had to go up to the bar to get it sent over. Also no knifes of forks were placed with the food had to go up again to get them.
I have always loved the Raddison hotel.great food and good staff.great town for shopping.

The location was great and view from room was beautiful. Room was spotless and dining in the Marina restaurant was enjoyable . Staff helpful overall.
Room was uncomfortably warm and unfortunately sleep was very poor due to the constant noise both inside and outside hotel. Telephone in room wasn't working,had to phone through to reception from my mobile in order to make reservations/enquiries.

breakfast is always spot on. room was adequate but as i tried to explain to the duty manager, there is always a stained chair, and the bathroom had a leak, every time one showered it went all over the floor and the bath board needs replacing, he said they need air condition rooms although im not sure what that has to do with a leak, probably a plumber would suffice. Room 101.service in the restaurant was short as not many staff but food is always top notch. music was loud at weekend until 2.30am in the morning, the smoke alarm decided to play one evening, i nearly had a panic attack. i stay here maybe twice a year. for what i pay and its seems dearer each year i expect a higher standard. view from room was lovely and the location of the hotel well suits my needs. handy for shops etc..
that i was not being listened to because nothing seems to be done, its a shame cause its the hotels reputation at risk. i think a high change of staff does not help as i never seem to see the same faces except the lovely ladies in the breakfast restaurant.
