Wir hatten sehr angenehme Tage.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön, die Klimaanlage war gut dosiert und einfach bedienbar. Die Reinigung der Zimmer war hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und gut. Einen großen Cappuccino vom Cafe-Automaten gibt es nicht überall. :-)

Cons:

Ein Safe im Zimmer zum Deponieren von kleinen Wertsachen bzw. von Reisedokumenten fehlte.

Clean room that is comfortable during heat waves
Pros:

The room was comfortable with air conditioning able to run all night during the heat wave. It wasn't super strong, but was able to keep the room cool enough. The bed was comfortable too, and facilities were acceptable.

Cons:

Smelled like smoke in the lobby and some hallways.

Cons:

Wenn man Bier vom Fass bestellt und im Glas bald mehr Schaum als Bier bekommt und man höfflich darauf hinweisst beim abzapfen des Glas schräg zu halten damit es logischerweise nicht so viel schaum gibt und als Antwort bekommt Sie können froh sein dass Sie überhaupt ein Bier bekommen ist das gegenüber einem Gast unverschämt. Als langjähriger Kund von Ihnen darf ich doch mehr Anstand und Respeckt erwarten

Sauberes Hotel in top-Lage, leckeres Frühstück
Pros:

Gute Lage.
Weibliche Mitarbeiterin am 21.6. Vormittag sehr zuvorkommend.
Männliche Mitarbeiter eher desinteressiert.

Cons:

Die Information über die „Gästekarte für Entdecker“ habe ich erst NACH dem Einchecken erhalten und konnte diese somit nicht für die öffentliche Anreise nutzen.
