Sehr gute Lage - quasi direkt beim Bahnhof. Aber auch in die Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten. Zur Seepromenade bzw. zum Festspielhaus gelangt man via Überführung (beim Bahnhof) in ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß.
