Auf die beswerde hin hat sich keiner von den Hotel gemeldet und ich hab das Hotel bezahlen müssen

Für zweckmässige Kurzaufenthalte. Mehrere Ferientage möchte ich nicht darin verbringen.
Pros:

Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit (Auskünfte, Instruktion, Angebote)
Schönes, sauberes Bad.
Überall gute Beleuchtung.

Cons:

Das Morgenbuffet habe ich bestenfalls als mittelmässig erlebt. Hat nicht sehr frisch ausgesehen. Es fehlte für mich etwas die einladende Atmosphäre und die Lust am experimentieren. Es war einfach zweckentsprechend.
In den Gängen miefte es doch recht unangenehm (stickige, abgestandene Luft).

Beispiel: In der Früh sintflutartiger Regen. Ich bat die Rezeptionistin, mir für eine Minute einen der hoteleigenen Regenschirme beim Eingang ausborgen zu dürfen, um für meine Familie unsere Regenschirme aus dem geparkten Auto holen zu können, was sie verwehrte ohne Kreditkarte.
