Zugang über Tiegarage war angenehm, jeder Stopp auf Etage 0 bei jeder Auf- oder Abfahrt ist nur nervig!

Nie wieder, bin enttäuscht vor allem vom Hotel-Management.

. Das Personal war nicht gerade freundlich.
Bei der Ankunft wurde ich „übersehen“. Die 2 Damen am Empfang hatten Wichtigeres zu tun.
Beim Frühstück kam kein Morgengruß von der jungen Kellnerin.
. Meiner Bitte um Öffnung meines Fensters wurde erst nach Urgenz eine Stunde später nachgekommen.
Es hängt aber ein großes Schild im Hotel, dass in 15 Minuten geholfen wird.
Ich solle das verstehen, hieß es: Weil nur ein Nachtportier anwesend und der habe halt viel zu tun.
Um 23 Uhr?
. Nach Regenguss und Starkwind musste man am Eingang über eine Pfütze und eine Menge Blätter steigen. Dem Personal ist das nicht aufgefallen, 1 Stunde später hatte das noch keiner gesäubert.

Gute Preis-Leistung, Achtung als Allergiker!
Pros:

Absolute Toplage um überall hinzukommen. Nettes hilfreiches Personal und gute Zimmergröße. Klimaanlage und Aufzug!Gutes Frühstück.
Preis-Leistung ok.

Cons:

Nur große Badetücher, keine Handtücher.
Schwarze Punkte in der Dusche/Decke haben sich leider als schwarzer Schimmel herausgestellt - für Allergiker eine Katastrophe.

Auch ist der Aufzug extrem langsam und wenn eine größere Gruppe gleichzeitig frühstücken will, kommt das Hotelpersonal nicht nach mit dem Angebot. Mal ganz abgesehen, dass der Frühstücksraum blöd geschnitten ist.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend; das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und wenn etwas aus ging wurde es sofort nachgefüllt; Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten bequem zum liegen; der Standort des Hotels ist optimal für Tagesreisen und sonstige Unternehmungen. (im Stadtzentrum, in Hafennähe und in Bahnhofsnähe, alles in 5min erreichbar)
