I was charged $75 for my chihuahua to stay and on the app it clearly says a 1-4 day stay moma charge of $50 will be imposed. I went down and inquired about the price difference I was told”I don’t know about what that app says but our fee is $75! My chihuahua is an ESA and I actually shouldn’t have even been charged. But the attitude from the front desk clerk was not appreciated.
The staff was very nice and the room was very clean.
We did complain about the pool. The pool area wasn't clean and the swimming pool itself was dirty on the bottom. We mentioned that the first night and then again the second night - nothing was addressed regarding the pool. The decaying leaves had been picked up though.
The lighting in the bathroom was more like a night light. Couldn't shave or put makeup on there. We were told that lighted mirrors were available at the front desk, which indicated Hilton was aware of this problem.

Property is very clean but showing some usage strains. Lots of restaurants and shopping within short driving distance. Room was quiet and clean. Pillows were almost too soft. Would prefer something a little to the medium firm side.

The location, service, staff was top notch.
I had reservation but was not on system. Expedia called to give new confirmation number. They did not want to acept it.That If iwanted to stay I had to go through them wich was very expensive. Receptionist was very rude. I had to leave it was late and had Expedia help ne with reserving somewhere else. I was in a place i dud not not know

THE WORST STAFF! The hotel looks like it would be a nice stay, until you meet the staff. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. DO NOT pay for the breakfast! The one day we actually got food it was 3 eggs that looked like soup. The other days they said they were out of food (after we waited for 45 min). The toiletries are completely empty in the room. When you ask if they can get filled, no one ever comes. The 6th time I asked both on the phone and in person, the front desk yelled at me "if you want them, then you can come to the desk and get them yourself!". I had already been to the desk twice that day. Seriously, the rudest staff I have ever experienced. It is not worth it. Stay somewhere that at least has some kind of customer service!
The Hotel was beautiful the service was great but the garbage was overflowing and all the ice machines were broken and one of the stalls in the bathroom was broken.
Overall it was nice and will certainly come back because of the service.
Ok hotel for 1 or 2 nights
Rooms are clean, the lighting in the bathrooms are dim, this place does have roaches. The in-house bar needs a bartender, he don’t know the difference between bourbon and vodka, like it’s his first day being around alcohol, nothing is close by within walking distance for eating or shopping, you have to drive to get anything since this place is hidden in the woods a mile and a half. EV charging is for other EVs other that a Tesla so make sure you have an adaptor and they charge .50 an hour and it’s a very slow charger

The staff were wonderful and everything else was just fine except that our room smelled strangely of cat pee. I kid you not. I informed the desk and they said they’d make a note of it. We didn’t notice the smell anywhere else but our room and the carpet was wet as though they’d just given it a rather vigorous bath. Again, nice hotel and great staff but the room odor was pretty bad. Even if you like cats, that’s not something you want in life. Just saying.
