Der Service war sehr professionell.

Cons:

Die Funktion der Heizung war sehr dürftig und bei -10°C müsste die Heizleistung angepasst werden. Leider war es sehr kalt im Zimmer.
Das Frühstück war diesmal auch eher lieblos und von geringer Qualität. Vieles gab es schon nicht mehr auf dem Buffet, obwohl die Frühstückszeit noch mind. 1 Stunde war. Das haben wir bei unserem letzten Besuch deutlich besser vorgefunden.
