Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück für 15€! Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Ruhige Lage.

Im großen und ganzem ein gutes Hotel mit
Pros:

Nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Unsere Zimmer waren auf der befahrenen Straßenseite, somit war Schlafen mit offenen Fenstern ein nerviges Erlebnis da man standig von den vorbeifahrenen Autos aufgeweckt wurde. Man musste die frische Luft opfern/Fenster zumachen um einigermaßen schlafen zu können.

výborné místo pro pobyt ve Vídni
Pros:

vyníkající poměr cena/kvalita, přátelský personál, poloha hotelu je perfektní - blízko centra - dá se dojít pěšky, ale blížko je i metro, čístota v hotelu i na pokojí, dobré vybavení pokojů. určitě se tam ubytuji znovu, když pojedu do Vídně

The hotel has a perfect location, and the breakfast is exceptionally good.

Cons:

One of the receptionists (tall, fair-haired) was very arrogant and unfriendly. When I asked about parking options, he responded rudely, telling me to read the signs on the street because it was not the hotel's responsibility. Although we intended to park at the hotel, we were also interested in understanding the parking rules on the street. I am not used to encountering such an unfriendly and unhelpful attitude in a hotel.

On the other hand, I would like to compliment the lady at the reception desk, who was very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Nice and clean but not so central
Pros:

Hotel is very clean and nice staff people. Metro is 8 minutes away and the district is very nice.

Cons:

The hotel is fine but I wanted to book another hotel: "ibis Styles Wien City". Be aware because it's a small difference with the name... But 10 km of distance! The hotel is also a bit "from the 90s" style.
