Pros:

This hotel people are very unfriendly. They do not help me when I ask them. Th facility is old. Most of all, they do no speak English. It is 5star hotel. I do not understand. I was so dissapointed about this hotel.

Great hotel overall -- great location, quiet, comfortable. I would skip the mediocre and expensive breakfast, for better choices 2-5 min walk distance. St Pite is brilliant!

Very nice and beautiful hotel. The hotel room was very big and clean. Delicious breakfast and polite staff. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was little bit chilly inside the room and in the night time we didn't have hot water in the shower - that was the only thing I wasn't fully satisfied.

宮殿のように豪華な建物でした。部屋はクラシックで広く水回りの設備は新しいです。朝食はシャンパン付きでした。観光場所はどこも徒歩圏内で、特にエルミタージュ美術館へは市内のホテルの中で一番近いくらいです。
周辺は夜でも明るく人通りも多く安全で、レストランやショップも多く便利でした。

Beautiful Central Saint Petersburg Hotel
Pros:

Beautiful historic hotel right in the middle of Saint Petersburg. This 18th palace is an architectural gem and the lobby has to be seen to be believed. Service is excellent with all staff we encountered fluent in English. Our room was huge and tastefully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Can’t fault this hotel, everything you could ask for. I would highly recommend this hotel
