We enjoyed our stay of 3 nights at the hotel and the 4 days touring in Nagasaki.
Pros:

We like the breakfast, the built-in carpark, the relatively low room rate and the location being adjacent to Glover Garden and the historic Oura Cathedral.

Cons:

The hotel probably had outdated renovation as lots of wear and tear were observed on door frames, wall papers, etc.
The staff seemed not to have good command in English and tended to have communicated incorrect info to us. However they were supported by a colleague who was a native speaker of English and was helpful. All of them were very friendly anyway.
Besides, there was no restaurant within walking distance from the hotel which was opened in the evening. On the first night we ended up dining in the hotel which served good food but choices were limited. On the other 2 nights we had dinner in the AMU Plaza which was located at the Nagasaki JR Station.

駐車場のお兄さんが愛想も良く親切でした　稲佐山行き無料バスが予約いっぱいだったから普通のバスで行くコースを教えてくれました　ゴールデンウィークでどうせ多いだろうと思って諦めましたけど…外国人の女の人がちんちん電車で行く方法をはじめ教えてくれてたけど　バスのほうがいいと訂正してくれました　駐車場はいっぱいだったのでホテル前に停めさせてくれました　大浦天主堂とグラバー園は隣の道を登るだけなので良かった　お店は9時と9時30分と10時オープンと色々でした　坂がきついので私たちはグラバー園は諦めましたけど…笑入館料も大浦天主堂1000円グラバー園2000円くらいしたかな？

ダブルベッドを予約していたつもりがツインだったので尋ねたらおまかせコースになっていたので電話で確認された方が良かったって言われました　朝ごはんのバイキングの待ち時間30分はかかるので早めに行って予約しておいたがいいですよ　3500円は高い　夜のバイキングは6000円これは頼まずアラカルトコースというので長崎チャンポンの1900円を頼んだ　これはいいです　お刺身3500円はサワラで高すぎる　設備は古い　前に稲佐山行き無料バス停あるとなっていたので楽しみにしていたら予約いっぱいで行けず　残念でした　ゴールデンウィークは早めに予約しないとダメみたいですね

Highly recommended for a traveller in Nagasaki
Pros:

Good location, where you can enjoy beautiful scenery: mountains, port, sea, and blue sky. There was a huge cruising ship at the port, Mein Schiff 6. It was impressive to see. Besides wonderful scenery (it wasn't good from my room, though), you can easily reach major sightseeing spots, including Ohura Church (just a 3-minute walk), Chinatown, and the museum of the 26 Martyrs. Breakfast was absolutely good. You can enjoy delicious local cuisines.

Cons:

Everything was very fine for me. Thenk you for your wonderful hospitality.
