The reception staff are amazing. So friendly and welcoming and very helpful!

Close to everything we needed to be close too

Cons:

The bed sheets didn’t get changed during our whole stay. They only came and cleaned the bathroom. It was fine we’re clean people but did expect fresh bed sheets at least once during the stay

The room was alright. The staff were very nice.
Pros:

The fireplace was nice and toasty. There were enough towels. It was quiet. There was a view of the water, and Megler bridge. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast ends too early. Too many kids in the hot tub/pool area. 1 hr adult only time isn't much, and I'm not sure how it's enforced. Honor system? Does someone go and check if minors have vacated the hot tub? When we took a peek, it looked like a mad house. Maybe make an adult ONLY area. That would be awesome. There were no screens on the windows, and they could only be opened a crack on either side. So we used ac when it got too warm, which seemed a little silly.

Ok stay
Pros:

The room was big enough for 5 of us. Location was great.

Cons:

When I booked it said top floor corner suit. We ended up on the bottom floor. Another guest had a dog that wouldn't stop barking. No clean towels at the pool. Hot tub wasn't very hot.

Amazing weekend and a great stay!
Pros:

Location was perfect for our weekend shenanigans.
The children loved swimming.
We loved watching the boat come in and out. The kids liked going down to the front desk to get the shipping reports.

Cons:

The breakfast was just ok. Just a little too microwaved.
The man setting out stuff was so sweet.
