Amazing weekend and a great stay!
Pros:

Location was perfect for our weekend shenanigans.
The children loved swimming.
We loved watching the boat come in and out. The kids liked going down to the front desk to get the shipping reports.

Cons:

The breakfast was just ok. Just a little too microwaved.
The man setting out stuff was so sweet.

Pros:

Breakfast was decent. Room was clean. View is great looking out at the Columbia and they have a list of ship schedules near front desk.

Cons:

Our room did not have a couch, but two chairs. I wish hotels had more comfy chairs.

Pros:

Nice big modern room. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was definitely one of the better I've had at a hotel. Hot tub and pool remaining nicely.

Cons:

Everything was pretty much perfect only thing that was weird was the intersection leaving the hotel.

Pros:

The staff were all very friendly, they treated our pup like the princess she is, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The river view rooms had a spectacular view, and the walking trails right outside were great! We would highly recommend staying here if in the area!!

Cons:

It was nice to have a hot breakfast provided, but the hot items were put into serving dishes early and left there the entire time, there were warmers, but some of the potatoes were hard as bricks and the sausages got rubbery by the time it was almost over, so go early!

Pros:

Love the wonderful riverfront view and the customer service was outstanding!

Cons:

There wasn't anything we really didn't like, a couple of suggestions. Though our room was very clean. It smelled kind of like feet when we got in there so we opened the windows to try and get the smell out. I'm not sure if it was the carpets or what. Also, I understand not having bar soap and all the little amenities that's fine and I'm really OK with the soap and lotion and body wash dispensers., however, it made it difficult to take a bath. I would have to stand up and get the body wash and then sit back down in the tub. I finally figured out to put some in a cup.
Also, there were no amenities at all. We borrowed some wine glasses from the front desk, which was nice that they had available, but there were no spoons forks or even paper towels, so it made it difficult to warm up food to eat in the hotel room. And, the only trash cans were little ones one under the desk and one in the bathroom so if you had anything larger to throw away, it was hard to do. I would suggest a garbage can under the sink cupboard there was nothing there.
All said these are just suggestions it was a wonderful day. The customer service is outstanding and we will definitely come back.

We were pleased with the view, the fireplace, and the size of the room. It was quiet. We were happy with the Keurig coffee maker. The breakfast was good. The staff was very courteous and professional.

It was great stay. Family was happy. Paid close to $1000 for two rooms that was the painful part.

Cons:

The room flooded when I was there from water leaking from the ceiling, the carpet was completely soaked and some of my stuff got wet too and I was only given a 30 dollar refund.
