Pros:

L'accueil du personnel, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité ainsi que l'effort de nous parler français.
Hotel calme et bien situé.

Cons:

Un léger manque d'équipements (manque une poubelle dans la chambre/bureau, un sèche cheveux. Et salle de bain un peu vétuste (abattant des WC cassé, tringle de douche réparée avec du scotch)

Pros:

Os funcionários são bastante prestáveis e gentis. A WC era grande e o quarto estava bem cuidado, apesar de não ser muito moderno era limpo, funcional e bem decorado. O pequeno almoço tem o essencial (pão para torradas, pão fresco, compotas, cereais, bolo, fruta, cafetaria, sumos, etc.). O hotel é espaçoso e, em geral, confortável.

Cons:

Apesar de ser bastante completo, o pequeno almoço poderia ser mais diversificado e ter, por exemplo, panquecas.
Uma das camas do quarto "triplo", nomeadamente a cama individual, não é uma cama mas sim uma espécie de divã.
Os jarros dos sumos no pequeno almoço são de plástico. Não faz muito sentido, num hotel que até preza por ter uma sala de pequeno almoço bastante elegante e bem estimada, toalhas de pano, etc., ter algumas taças e jarros de plástico em vez de louça ou vidro.
