Cons:

What could've been better was the house keeping lady not barging into my room.
I was getting dressed from the shower& I was standing by my bed. She opened the door after I repeatedly told her "please Hang on I'm changing!" But did she listens? Not at all.. I found that to be sooooo rude! Top it off she asked when I was going to leave? Uhm excuse me? It was only 10am. I'm very aware of check out being@11AM!
I felt so rushed and no privacy!

Pros:

The clerk an restaurant staff very friendly

Cons:

Did not get to stay overnight due to going through booking.com , paying with online credit card, receiving confirmation number . Only to arrive after a long day of travel that there are no rooms available
Would not use booking.com again as this was a huge inconvenience for us

Very dirty
Pros:

I’m not one to leave reviews but for the price we paid for this hotel stay I feel they should be much cleaner rooms. Stayed here to be close to St. Boniface hospital after a surgery. We had three different rooms and they all smelled musty. The carpet was lumpy and uneven in 2 of the rooms which was a tripping hazard. When we flushed the toilet in one room sewage was bubbling into the bathtub. In another room there was spit all over the wall by the window (picture attached). We let the front desk know and they sent a lady up to our room, I started telling her about the wall and she said I don’t understand , don’t speak English. So I pointed to the wall, she took pictures and Housekeeping came up to clean the wall. She wore gloves, cleaned the wall and then with the same gloves on she started making our bed and fluffing the pillows. I told her to stop touching the bed. Makes me wonder if she normally wears the same gloves to clean the entire room after cleaning bathrooms. The rooms were very dirty, this place needs a deep clean. The walls in the bathroom were gross too. Be sure not to drink the water in the room fridge they are $5 each and $12 for parking. We were kept up until 2 am the first night because our neighbours were playing music loudly and kept leaving their room multiple times after 11, letting door slam each time and being loud in the hallway. I know this isn’t the hotels fault but it just added to frustration we felt about staying here. Hopefully we won’t have to stay here again, unfortunately it is the closest hotel to St. Boniface hospital. We have stayed multiple times in the past and it’s progressively worse every time we go.
