Told the reception girl that the breakfast was cold in room service, she then smiled said sorry then charged me full price for a breakfast I didn't eat

Excellent for a short layover or a longer stay, excellent staff.

Αρχικά, το επιλέξαμε για μία διαμονή μόνο 8 ωρών μεταξύ πτήσεων για να ξεκουραστούν τα παιδιά και μας εξυπηρέτησε πολύ η δωρεάν μεταφορά από και προς το αεροδρόμιο. Στο ξενοδοχείο η υποδοχή ήταν θερμή και μας βοήθησαν με όλα. Κατόπιν, πριν ανεβούμε στο δωμάτιο πήγαμε στο μπαρ το οποίο ενώ έκλεινε στα επόμενα 10 λεπτά το προσωπικό και ιδιαίτερα ο κύριος Στέλιος, υπεύθυνος του μπαρ και της κουζίνα, έκανε τα πάντα για να σερβίρουν στα παιδιά μας βραδινό γεύμα καθώς εμείς απολαύσαμε ένα ποτό. Δεν υπάρχουν λόγια για την ευγένεια αυτού του ανθρώπου αλλά και του υπόλοιπου προσωπικού, τόσο στο μπαρ, όσο και στη ρεσεψιον.
