Es un sitio espectacular. La vista al Douro, todos los paseos q puedes hacer por los senderos q tiene la Quinta, el huerto, el museos, los distintos salones para ver. Bellamente decorados. La zona de catas hermosa. La piscina infinity viendo el Douro, un lujo. Y poder cenar muy bien allí vale totalmente la pena. El desayuno t lo sirven en mesa y es muy rico y completísimo. La atención muy buena y t facilitan todo. Muy buena calidad y precio por todo lo q recibes. La habitación pequeña pero con todo lo necesario, la cama muy cómoda y tenía su terraza fuera.

Das Äußere ist phantastischen, das Innere hat erhebliche Mängel
Pros:

Das Hotel und die Quinta liegen malerisch am Douro. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön, mit Liebe zum Detail aufgebaut und mit herrlichen Blicken.
Das Personal ist freundlich und liebenswürdig, befindet sich aber größtenteils in der Ausbildung oder Anlernphase. Wenige sprechen Englisch. Das Können entspricht nicht dem gehobenen Standard, den das Hotel vorgibt zu bedienen.

Das Essen ist gut und schmackhaft.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und eher dunkel. . Die Einrichtung ist teilweise disfuntional:
- keine Ablagemöglichkeiten,
- keine Beleuchtung in der Dusche,
- kein abgetrenntes Badezimmer, sondern nur ein Einbau, der ins Zimmer integriert ist,
- keine Leselampen,
- zu wenig Steckdosen,
- nur 2 kleine Harken
- keine Möglichkeit, grosse Handtücher aufzuhängen
- falsch angebrachter Wasserhahn am Waschbecken, so dass das Wasser herumspritzt und alles nass wird.

Das Frühstück wird serviert und ist eher übersichtlich.

Pequeno almoço adequado às minhas necessidades, que são escassas, pelo que reconheço que para quem precisa de mais, vi que havia tudo. Os funcionários são prestáveis, simpáticos e muito atenciosos, o que já tinhamos percebido no almoço de sexta-feira, que foi excelente!

Esta é que não consigo responder, porque na verdade e sendo eu atento aos detalhes, não se destacou nada que me tenha ficado registado na memória. Mesmo nas compras que fiz na loja na manhã de sábado, todo o atendimento foi adequado, pelo que só coloco aqui uma resposta, para realçar a impressão muito positiva, que recolhemos desta curta estadia.

Um refúgio no Douro

Simplesmente de tudo.
É um espaço incrível, lindíssimo, super confortável, bem decorado e com pormenores de excelência.
O staff é 5 estrelas...nada a apontar, pelo contrário, agradecer o serviço prestado, a simpatia e a amabilidade. Adorámos!
A Quinta é enorme e permite passar uns dias descansado e com tudo o que é preciso.
E depois de realçar o pequeno almoço, muito bom, e o restaurante... Fantástico! Qualidade, diversidade e pratos deliciosos.
