Very Disapointed
Pros:

Not allot

Cons:

No concierge
Not enough power points
Heaters stuck on high, remotes wouldn’t work
Restaurant overpriced for average food
We reached out to the hotel before any reviews, they promised to refund 30% of stay…..it has never happened
Heaps of potential but let down on many levels

Spectacular location - lovely rooms - dining experience poor for such a lovely place .
Pros:

Staff were friendly - the room was large and comfortable

Wir würden das Hotel nicht weiter emphelen.
Pros:

geräumig und großzügig, Eindruck in Booking täuscht aber etwas.

Cons:

Hotel ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und sollte dringend renoviert werden. Es ist wohl seit über 20 Jahren nicht mehr viel gemacht worden. Die Stühle im Frühstücksraum waren teilweise durchgesessen und das Mobilar hat bereits mehre Jahrzehnte auf dem Buckel.

Cons:

Van een hotel in die prijsklasse verwacht je niet dat de kranen van de wasbak los zitten. Je moest met een hand de kraan vasthouden en met de andere open of dicht draaien. De douchecabine was erg klein en er kwam bijna geen water uit de douchesproeier.

Good but do not plan dinner in the hotel
Pros:

It is a very nice place. However, the first night there was no hot water in the shower. It was late so perhaps the hotel had run out of hot water. And the restaurant is impressively inneficient. We had dinner twice and everything took FOREVER! A salad took more than one hour! And the staff seemed tired. They were not disrespectful but did not show willing to help. Seriously, dinner took around 1 hour and a half to be served.

Cons:

My husband complained about the softness of the bed. The hot shower was not hot enough for the cold weather. But the restaurant for dinner was the worst. Totally inefficient! Food was good though. But it took more than one hour and a half for the food to come.

Perfect for a pre flight near the hotel stop.
Pros:

What a lovely traditional hotel which was spotlessly clean with lovely welcoming helpful staff and a super comfy spacious room. They were very helpful when we requested an HDMI cable

Cons:

Lost a couple of points though for a very average old fashioned breakfast which didn't really befit the quality of everything else. Looking at the housekeeping trolley I couldn't help feeling that maybe as booking.com customers we had been shortchanged to keep the price down? We didn't get any bottles of water or small toiletries and our tea/coffee/biscuit selection was meagre.

Un superbe endroit .
Pros:

Après un voyage qui avait 6h de retard nous avons apprécié la quiétude de l'endroit le confort et l'aimable accueil de l'hôtel.
Le restaurant était parfait ainsi que le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Rien à signaler.

Déçus
Pros:

Le personnel était agréable. Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux. La literie était très confortable.
Bonne localisation de l'établissement.

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruit la 1ère nuit, nous avons été réveillés à 1h du matin.
Le bouton de réglage de la température de la douche ne fonctionnait plus, l'eau était toujours brûlante. Nous étions obligés d'ouvrir le robinet d'eau chaude de la baignoire pour tempérer un peu l'eau de la colonne de douche. Au vu du standing de l'hôtel, nous attendions à minima une douche fonctionnelle. La chambre ne vallait pas le prix payé. Nous avons été globalement déçus.

A comfortable stay in a traditional hotel.
Pros:

Traditional charm, the hotel was spotless, the food was good but the maitre de was exceptional.

Cons:

The piano music played in the room below through the night. Woken up at 4am. Food was a little expensive.
