Wouldn't stay again unfortunately due to the service (or lack of service) provided at dinner.
Pros:

The welcome by reception. The lady was very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The service for dinner was appalling and fell way below what you would expect at this price point. There was only 1 x member of staff covering the whole restaurant which is crazy! In addition, why offer a lounge menu if, after we had ordered, we were then told we weren't allowed to eat in the lounge! When we queried why another couple had been allowed we were told this was only for guests with dogs! As a business traveller I didn't want to disturb other guests with my laptop in the main restaurant but that is what we had to do in the end.

It's a shame but I will not use the hotel again due to the above.

Pros:

Room was clean
Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Tired property in need of upgrade in some areas. Corridors were freezing. Really noisy floorboards meant I could hear every step in the room next door. Shower didn’t have much water coming out of it and didn’t seem to adjust.

Not a great atmosphere in hotel and reception staff need to be more attentive to requests. Get the lovely breakfast wait
Pros:

Very clean
Excellent breakfast and waitress at breakfast was very pleasant and efficient . Lovely girl

Cons:

Room was cold. No extra pillows. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Loose tap.
Asked for a drink and receptionist told us to take a seat but after half an hour didn’t come to take drinks order so we didn’t wait. Asked for fresh milk for room but we didn’t get that either.

Comfortable, quiet, and very well catered for.
Pros:

Breakfast and Dinner were very good, the service was excellent.

Cons:

There was a shortage of pillows, one each,was not enough as they were quite flat. Otherwise a very comfortable room.

Pros:

Had dinner which was excellent and breakfast was very good. Room was very comfortable and everything worked correctly. Nice to have a choice with Bath and Shower with plenty hot water.

Cons:

Long walk from reception to room, in room heating electric which is a very dry heat.lack of sockets in room to allow charging etc. WiFi was poor in the room, but satisfactory elsewhere.

Fantastic Hotel
Pros:

Short but sweet
Pros:

Lovely dinner, with an excellent selection on the menu to choice from, including the wines. Our room was really comfortable and the staff on duty while we were there were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back

Fantastic venue, great staff doing their best. Would definitely recommend in future.
Pros:

High price but solid options for breakfast. Easy to get value were you to capitalise. We were happy for a fair meal in a lovely venue with good quality and service.

Cons:

Had issues with the shower and showerhead. Struggled to enjoy this.

Excellent overnight stay. Thank you Drumossie.
Pros:

Bath and shower in room. Plenty of hot water, good shower pressure and roomy shower cubicle with anti slip shower tray and hand rail in shower. Warm comfortable room. Very comfy bed, and we both agreed on agreat nights sleep. Breakfast was one of the best available in Inverness..

Cons:

Hotel was busy, we ending up parking in the lower wood area, furthest from reception. Xtreet lights were either off or faulty. Good car park surface but very dark and a long trudge which could have been a problem for older drivers. Reported lights to reception staff who werent aware that there were street lights within the overspill car park.
