A nice Scottish hotel. Would stay again.

Cons:

Very soft bed, my husband ended up sleeping in the chair. I understand v difficult to satisfy all customers but I would say beds on extremely soft side.

Excellent facilities and wonderfully helpful and kind staff
Pros:

Breakfast was of a standard quality. Nothing to complain about.
The staff were beyond excellent. We have emailed the hotel separately but we turned up in a crisis as pur airbnb host had messed up and we were stranded at midnight with nowhere to stay. The staff kindly helped us solve several problems and saved our holiday.

Old style hospitality in a beautiful setting
Pros:

Lovely 'old style' hotel with style and elegance. Very polite and helpful staff. Food was delicious. Manager very understanding following a small issue we had. Beautiful setting and so peaceful yet ideally located to explore the region

Ein sehr gediegenes Flair, großes Mobiliar,
Teekanne mit zwei schönen Tassen

Cons:

Es nützen die schönsten zwei Ohrensessel nichts, wenn das Zimmer zu dunkel und keine Stehlampe vorhanden ist - am Abend unmöglich zu lesen.
Das größte Problem allerdings war, dass die Dusche nur lauwarmes Wasser bot.

Dog friendly & welcoming staff
Pros:

Dog friendly, lovely clean room we got a complimentary upgrade which was lovely! Nice added touch of having shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. Evening meal was really nice.
