Size of room. Pleasant staff. Excellent location.
Needs updating. It looks as if no money has been spent since it opened. Plumbing system needs reviewed as there was no hot water in shower for the 3 nights that we were there, despite asking for help each morning.

My partner unfortunately started her woman’s monthly cycle on the first night, we asked for some supplies until we managed to get to shops we found it very difficult to get any of these. These things are free on nhs and very easy accessible everywhere but you’re hotel
The young lady on the reception on fri/sat wasn’t very helpful and I had to ask for tissues as she couldn’t find a way to help. We stayed at ardoe house in Aberdeen 7 weeks prior to our stay here and were met with amazing staff who had guests needs met at every turn. Thought McDonald drummossie would match this and specifically choose to stay here as I proposed to my long term partner and an amazing occasion was met with mediocre stay at your property
Camera molto ampia e confortevole

Nice hotel and good breakfast
Location/ setting beautiful, great size comfortable bed, good shower, lovely reception staff
Breakfast was a disappointment for the price of the hotel. Continental Choice was poor with lack of serving spoons /tongs which resulted in people using fingers. Service of the staff was seriously lacking.
Pleasant, quiet location, friendly receptionist, clean and comfortable room and a good breakfast menu. Very friendly, helpful and polite staff.

Very soft bed, my husband ended up sleeping in the chair. I understand v difficult to satisfy all customers but I would say beds on extremely soft side.

The staff were beyond excellent. We have emailed the hotel separately but we turned up in a crisis as pur airbnb host had messed up and we were stranded at midnight with nowhere to stay. The staff kindly helped us solve several problems and saved our holiday.
