The room was CLEAN and comfortable. Gym was well stocked and the Spa was amazing. Location is obviously amazing... Easy walking distance to the Forks Market and the Museum of Human Rights. I had a really relaxing stay here.
The website says every room comes with complimentary filtered water. When I asked about it, they said that was the $6 water in the fridge. I asked what the website meant and they brought me Cpap water.... which wasn't what I was thinking, but also good to know they have that available. :) I was trying to detox after the spa though so I wish I had know to bring my own water. Even a water fountain in the Lobby area would be nice.
Wifi is spotty, kept dropping off my phone, but my laptop seemed to do better and I was able to get work done. It looks like they are working on improving it.
Had to pay for parking.Staff is hard to understand.Ice machine nowhere to be found.
Perfect location as we attended a wedding in the hotel. Nice room with a great west side view. Restaurant was fine and food was good.
Parking was expensive. Disappointed it was not included.
Closeness to the forks market
Thin doorway and walls, no noise cancelling
Cost of room
Friendly staff, felt welcomed and there was a lot of things to do close by
Nothing
location, beds were comfortable, clean, meals were good at the restaurant there, spa great, staff polite.
I stayed at this hotel from Jan 1-4. It was cold outside (-21). When I increased the temperature in my hotel room the heater motor was loud. If you kept it on low to increase the heat it took a long time for the heat to increase, one needed to select medium (even with this setting it took a long while). The motor was loud enough to not allow me to sleep at night so had to turn the heat off (there was a base setting of 20) and use the comforter on the bed beside me as well.
I informed the front desk and asked for a maintenance person to check to see if this sound was normal, the maintenance person said it was. I was surprised as before he removed the cover of the heater by the window the sound was loud and even louder once removed. I have stayed in many hotels before and I have never experienced this. I texted the front desk after they texted to tell me that the sound would reduce in time, and they said that if it persists to tell them and I responded by text that it persists and maybe I could compare to another room? I received no response. I would not recommend this hotel during the winter and based on not receiving a follow up from the staff from my text, this did not leave me with a good impression of the hotel.
Location is great
Parking is a challenge
Clean and well maintained
Front desk staff seem not to be trained properly. Check in and check out was not well done with me having to explain and negotiate for things like a different credit card than I booked the room with to pay for parking. When checking out the front desk staff asked me to pay for the room and parking on my credit card when both were already done. Grrr
Heating system in the toom was LOUD and the air quality soooo dry. (We are used to dry inside air, but this was extremely arid!).
Smith restaurant - very good for brunch but skip it for dinner. We would recommend dining in the Forks market instead.
Great location.
Very overpriced restaurant, noise was hard to suppress in the suite.
Very beautiful location
Nothing loved it all
Softer pillows
Excellent views in winter, nice area to walk about or skate.
Beds are super comfortable, staff are professional and kind.
Came here in 2021 for a couple nights visit with my mother, we had a great time and I’m pleased to say it was every bit as good for a one night solo getaway in 2025.
Wish I could come here for every trip to visit family around the holidays.
Location is main attraction
restaurant is pricey with limited menu options
