Cons:

Nice clean hotel close to the train station, which worked well for us as we used the train. Close to good eating options, river and city centre. Good restaurant in the hotel.

Stay here! You are guaranteed a great experience!
Pros:

Stayed here during scheduled surgery and recovery of significant other.
Everything was perfect from the staff to the shampoo.
The staff was kind and attentive, the spa was incredible, everything was perfect.
It was an extremely stressful time but it really helped to have a soft landing at the end of the day.
I honestly can’t say enough in regards to the staff, they are all amazing and extremely kind.

Pros:

I had a very good breakfast each of the two days I frequented your restaurant. The chia pudding was very good and the Turkish egss were excellent. The servers on both days were friendly and extremely helpful. Their attitudes were the 'standout' of my stay.

The mattress was a close second!

Cons:

The Peleton bikes - the one that allowed you to ride without signing into the Peleton app didn't have pedal clips. This was a problem for someone (like myself) who showed up with running shoes. The other bike had pedal clips but it required you to sign in and provide Peleton with your email address. I didn't want to provide them with the opportunity to pester me with their marketing material.

Best spa EVER!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms, attentive staff, a great in house restaurant and THE BEST spa i have ever experienced. It is ideally located to easily walk over to the fabulous Canadian Museum of Human Rights, the Children's Museum, the Forks Market and enjoy a view of the river and take a walk through the riveside park. I would highly recommend The Inn at the Forks.
