Staff super friendly and welcoming. Premises are clean. Amazing views. Dinner buffet was was good.
The panoramic suite is just amazing! My daughters had a Senior Suite which is very nice too.
A bit surprised by breakfast buffet, but still good. No flatwhite coffees, no oat milk.
But nice fruits and pancakes.
Lunch was a set menu. I had dorade- beautifully done! My husband had lamb pita- good. My daughters has pizza- lack of taste.
The staff was overall great, the front desk manager, waiters in the restaurant, and the older guy at the security was lovely.
Our room was spacious and had a nice sea view. The food was delicious and well prepared, excluding breakfast. Hats of to the kitchen and restaurant staff.
The location was good, close to the public beach and there is a bus stop that you can take a bus to Grand Baie.
I don't think it suits the all inclusive concept. I was very excited to spend time in this hotel, it looked elegant.
Price-wise it's good but there are not many options that you can select considering food and drinks.
You'll have to ask everything from staff, like water, coffee, drinks and they are not always found in the bar area. There is only one place to hang out which is the roof top bar, the restaurant is also there and the pool.
There are waiters trying their best to keep up with everyone but it made us not feel welcomed when we had to keep asking for water. Like they give you two small bottles of water, and there is one bottle in your room and you have to give the housekeeping the empty bottle and wait for the full bottle. It shouldn't be hard to put water dispensers which is more eco-friendly.
You can order eggs in the breakfast but nobody tells you that. We realized that on our last day.
I think the hotel management is confused. They sell the rooms with breakfast, half board, all inclusive, you can come to the bar from outside etc... also many rules for the guests. Looks like everything is mixed and the staff runs after you to sign the bill which shows what you drank, ate etc. If you forget to sign they come to your room to sign. We're a bit disappointed.

Reception staff were generally friendly and location was good
The staff in the restaurant were often rude and the breakfast was rarely topped up. I contacted the hotel after my visit to raise these concerns but I was ignored.
Las vistas desde la piscina eran muy buenas, el parking privado estaba muy bien y la atención en la entrada eran muy buenas. El desayuno era completo y te cocinaban huevos al momento, aunque nos enteramos el segundo día.
El acabado de las habitaciones podrá mejorar, ya que los sellados del baño se podrían poner mejor. Mejoraría en caso de tener alguna sombrilla en la terraza. El acceso a la playa frontal Hibiscus no se indica claramente y es bastante complicado acceder a ella, ya que que bordearla por las piedras.

Hotel con unas maravillosas vistas. Limpio, cómodo, y con un personal muy atento y agradable.
Zona perfecta para explorar el oeste de la isla, a un paso de la playa y a un corto trayecto en coche de los imprescindibles en la zona.
Desayunar y cenar en esa terraza estará siempre en nuestros recuerdos.
Nuestra habitación tenía una puerta interior (por supuesto, cerrada con llave) que comunicaba con la habitación de al lado. Durante las dos primeras noches, las personas alojadas en esa habitación fueron terriblemente ruidosas; pero eso no es responsabilidad del hotel.
Decor was beautiful.
The view was stunning.
The food was absolutely delicious.
It was clean.
The bed was very comfortable.
The staff was so hospitable.
And the price for that was excellent.
If they could have more channels on TV, like Netflix etc.

La décoration et l'hôtel est de la chambre était très jolie. La vue mer de la chambre était magnifique. La restauration de l'hôtel était excellente (demi pension) ! La localisation est très bien pour visiter le nord de l'île.
Propreté de la chambre moyenne. Les finitions ne sont pas bien réalisées non plus. Le plus gros point noir : le bruit. L'hôtel donne sur une route très bruyante et les chambres sont mal isolées. Nous étions également proches de l'ascenseur et entendions sa sonnerie à chaque passage. Nous n'avons pas bien dormi.
