Hotel very goog in general, best service, but you would not announce the gym if don’t improve it

Cons:

Gym too small and the few machines inside didn’t work. For people as my family that are looking for hotels with gyms was a deception. We brougth sport clothes for every day and didn’t use any.

Pros:

The location is great, a short walk from pereybere beach and not far from other great beaches. the bus stop is right outside and many taxis passing by regularly.

The stand out for me is the restaurant, specifically dinner. I have not stopped talking about the food at dinner, everything I had was delicious and tasted like an elevated home cooked meal. I visit mauritius yearly and struggle to find hotels with amazing mauritian meals but that was not the case at Ocean V. The staff at the restaurant were so kind, so attentive - I would come back here just for the dinner service.

Krishnee at reception greeted me on my first day and was always so welcoming each day that she saw me, even on leaving she was incredibly helpful.

If you have time, please visit the spa - they do great deals for great quality care.

Cons:

I will say that breakfast was pretty standard and I chose to eat breakfast and the cafes in the area.

the finishings in the rooms could do with renovating. for a hotel that is still quite new I was not impressed by things like messy grout in the bathrooms. That being said it was clean and I was comfortable enough to stay, especially for the price

Die Betten waren sehr bequem und der Pool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur im vergleich zu anderen Hotels auf Mauritius. Die Mitarbeitenden waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Es war leider sehr dreckig im Zimmer (Haare, Schimmel und anderer Schmutz) und hat es unangenehm gerochen. Außerdem ist es sehr hellhörig. Für ein vier Sterne Hotel hätten wir etwas mehr erwartet.

صعب الوصول للخدمات عن طريق الهاتف . إضافةً لتأخر في تلبية الخدمة،
التنظيف جيد ولكن عدم تغيير كامل طقم مناشف الاستحمام ووضع الشامبو والصابون - شاشة التلفاز الموجودة في مكان الجلوس عطلانة وتم طلب الفني واعتذر بتعطلها ولا يمكن تبديلها- ولا يوجد مكينة للقهوة - الموجود سخان ماء فقط ، واكتفاء المكان بوضع اظرف الشاي والقهوة والسكر فقط عند الدخول لليوم الاول .
- وجبة الافطار (البوفية ) سيئ ولا يوجد سوى اصناف معدودة وأجبان مكشوفة وليست جديدة (تكرار وضع البواقي من اليوم الاول - إضافة للمطعم غير نضيف وجبة العشاء واضطررت للخروج لجلب الوجبة

1. Very noisy seafacing room on the coastal road with cars and motor bikes whole night. didnt sleep at all.
2. dinner was very poor and limited. smelt off when we went to eat at 9.15pm

Location, rooftop, bedding - excellent Restaurant manager Nitish and service of the team.

Cons:

Pool needs maintenance with tiles and grout. Reception staff initially helpful but a little aloof once checked in.

Cons:

There was no shelf in shower to put toiletries onto. So its a bit tricky trying to use toiletries when you keep having to pick them up off the shower floor. A shelf is most definately needed

Le personnel est au petit soin et le lit très confortable

Cons:

Le bruit de la route dans la chambre très mal insonorisée, le mini bar qui ne fonctionne pas, le manque de cintres dansl 'armoire, l'absence de rangement dans la salle de bain, la musique répétitive, l'absence de parasol à la piscine et surtout les repas qui ne valent pas le prix payés . Cet hôtel ne vaut pas 4* et le tarif appliqué 257€/ jour en demi pension, Les prestations n'y sont pas. Au bout de 2 jours on voulait partir. Les photos sur le site font illusions et on s'est fait berner c'est honteux. Hôtel pas entretenu. Je ne mets pas toutes les photos. Booking n'a pas répondu à notre réclamation
