We went and checked in to a Hilton down the street and it was not acceptable so I told my husband let’s give it one more try or we will head back north and when we came into the lobby the smell was such a wonderful fragrance. Then when we seen the Front desk representative awaiting for us . She was very pretty and polite and looked very professional. The warm welcome made me feel like I was where i needed to be .. Miss Kristy listened at my horrible experience and I asked her for an upgrade since I was a diamond member and she did .. She also thanked me for being a diamond member since 2007 . Miss Kristy was very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding things to do .

Our rooms was very clean and neat and smelled sooo good . We was right by the elevator and it still didn’t bother us .. it was not noisy at all .. I highly recommend this property and if you see Miss Kristy she will most definitely make you feel at home and welcome you with open arms. I rate her 1000/10..

My family of four stayed during the off- season. I only have good things to say, it is difficult to pick where to start. Firstly, the staff is super friendly and go out of their way to be engaging and helpful. They are constantly cleaning, refreshing things, picking up the public spaces. It is nice to see so much care put into the maintenance of the facility. The breakfast staff keep the breakfast area wiped down and the foods refreshed. The breakfast foods do change slightly from day to day; all of which is tasty.

The parking is very easy to access and fit into spots (we brought a suburban and had zero parking issues). The lot is not trailer friendly for parking.

The rooms are relatively spacious and provide everything needed. They are cleaned on an every other day basis; it’s more than enough as long as you are tidy. If towels are needed a simple call can have them changed.

The pool area is very nice with a fire pit and barbecue area. Even in December, the pool is heated to a temperature that is comfortable to swim. The beach is easy to access through the pool area.

We visit the area roughly once a year and plan to stay here again in the future.

We've stayed at this inn 5 times since covid(they literally opened at the beginning of covid) and love their full kitchens and sunrise from the balconies. Staff are friendly, extra kudos to Hannah at breakfast and Norris, who is always cleaning(pool especially) and does maintenance, and Calvin who greets, cleans and helps out. Friendly faces throughout our stay. And super clean. Location is terrific-Daytona Beach is close and Flagler Beach is a nice ride, Communication on room selection is the only issue. Being well maintained, it seems that floors are closed off when we visit. So you don't always get what your app shows. But you are on the beach with wonderful balconies.

The only reason I wouldn’t do a review is because I don’t want to share this hotel with anyone else. Clean, amazing breakfast and breathtaking views. Cleanest hotel I’ve seen in years. Staff goes above and beyond. Can’t say enough good things..

Can’t say enough good about this property and its staff. From the manager Britney and her big smile in the morning to Kristy at the front desk in the afternoon or the welcoming house keeping staff. Everyone was so nice.

The property is super clean and well taken care of. The view of the ocean and the hotel’s central location are second to none.

Very clean hotel. Comfortable rooms with great views and beach access. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice stay. Be sure to drive down to the Ponce Inlet area too, neat beach and restaurants.

I checked in at about 5pm and realized there was a barking dog next door, by 10 the barking hadn't stopped and I called to have it resolved. Management did NOTHING but tell me they couldn't reach the guest. Meanwhile the barking continued until midnight when I was finally able to fall asleep. There wasn't an offer to move us to a different room, to a different hotel, NOTHING was done for us. Meanwhile my QR code to leave a review no longer works - convenient.

This was our second stay here. We enjoyed our first stay, but thought the breakfast wasn’t very good. I’m happy to write that they have improved greatly on their (included with stay) breakfast. They had a waffle station, five bread choices with a toaster, ingredients to make a sandwich: sausage (chicken and pork), fried chicken tenders, three types of eggs, oatmeal, whole fruit (apples, oranges). Fountain choices included orange juice (which was actually good), water, and a flavored water of strawberry-kiwi. I moseyed down to have a look and was fully prepared to go elsewhere for breakfast. What a pleasant surprise to find all of these goodies. The breakfast staff was friendly, greeting people as they approached the area.

Other high points were a comfortable bed, lovely balcony with furniture, many TV stations, good, strong shower. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

Somebody has put some thought and effort into making this hotel a lovely place to stay.

Breakfast every morning was amazing! So good and fresh. Anyone we encountered was so nice and helpful.

Exceptionally clean throughout. Observed employees throughout the day cleaning the lobby and common areas. Breakfast staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The pool deck area was very peaceful and the rooms were very clean! The free breakfast was a huge bonus with the multiple options that they had.

The room was clean, it smelt good. All the staff that I came in contact with was nice and polite. We will stay here again.
