Room was nice and the pool and hot tub were great

La habitación estaba descuidada es más teníamos la puerta rota

Cons:

Nosotros vinimos a ese hotel hace un par de años y tenían un desayuno súper completo, ahora te dan un desayuno seco con un jugo, una gelatina y un rol de canela

La ubicación, la comodidad de la habitación, el desk de venta de tickets en recepción, la posibilidad de utilizar los traslados del complejo a parques, outlet y Disney Springs

Cons:

El horario de los traslados a los lugares, ya que implica no poder quedarse hasta el final en los parques o llegar ya avanzada la mañana (ej. Epcot o Sea World) o que no hay traslado a los Outlets de International Drive que son, a mi juicio, los mejores

Not impressed. our room was absolutely disgusting. And when we let the front desk know that we don’t get any new towels

The pool.

Cons:

Our room was very gross. There were stains/boogers on the walls and doors. MOLD. ESPECIALLY the air it made us feel gross, also alllllll of the furniture was ruined and gross.
Also the staff was not the best they wouldn’t clean our room or give us new towels even tho it was the 3rd day of our stay. They said it was our fault because we left the “staying in today” sign on our door. I told him we did Not leave that sign and then he said they in fact DID try to get in our room but it was locked? That made no sense we were at Disney all day and no one stayed. We were able to get back in? They literally just didn’t do their job but tried to blame us. We literally just wanted towels.

Buen sitio si vas a los parques en familia comodo y economico
Pros:

las instalaciones muy bonitas, al llegar nos atendieron muy amables. La habitacion era amplia y estaba bastante acondicionada, parking gratuito, tienen transporte a los parques por un suplemento y esta en una zona tranquila y bien comunicada

Cons:

lo malo y que no deberian vender asi, dicen "con desayuno" y nada de eso, te dan una bolsa si la pides en recepcion por la mañana con un zumo un dulce y algo mas segun el dia pero no me parece un desayuno como tal para que te lo cobren, mejor hacer opcion sin desayuno no merece nada la pena

Lo que mas nos gustó fue la pileta, la ubicación y las camas. Estaba todo muy limpio y el personal excelente.

Lo que no nos gustó fue la iluminación del departamento ( escasa), los elementos de cocina pocos ( habia 3 ollas, 4 juegos de cubiertos y platos) los cuchillos no cortaban y no habia ni ina ensaladera.
