Lo que mas nos gustó fue la pileta, la ubicación y las camas. Estaba todo muy limpio y el personal excelente.

Cons:

Lo que no nos gustó fue la iluminación del departamento ( escasa), los elementos de cocina pocos ( habia 3 ollas, 4 juegos de cubiertos y platos) los cuchillos no cortaban y no habia ni ina ensaladera.

Outdated, uncomfortable mattress. We were 5 people and toiletries provided were for 1. Missing towels as well.

Pros:

Tout l’emplacement, la gentillesse de tout le monde, la piscine chauffée, le four à pizza et le barbecue….
La taille des chambres le coin repas.
Bref tout.

Cons:

Les petits déjeuners qu’on doit récupérer chaque matin dans un sachet. Pas de lait pour les enfants juste un jus d’orange un gâteau et une salade de fruits

Pros:

Apparemment 100% fonctionnel , machine à laver , proche des parcs disneys .
Piscine et spa : eau bien chauffée. Un bonheur .
Des serviettes à disposition.
Un logement bien équipé en espace de stockage, et grande cuisine. Très agréable

Cons:

Dommage que le petit déjeuner soit un sac a récupérer. Il manque une machine pour récupérer des boissons chaudes.
On aurait apprécié pouvoir aérer la chambre, pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres.
Mais franchement de grave ....

Ubicación, limpieza, instalaciones cómodas

Cons:

Pésimo el desayuno, no lo entregan completo (sucedió en varias oportunidades), el último día se dañó el Internet, el gimnasio pobremente dotado, las fotos engañan porque muestran como si fuese desayuno tipo buffet y sólo entregan una bolsa de papel con un concentrado de jugo de naranja, unas frutas en conserva y una dona glaseada

Location and friendly and very helpful staff.

Cons:

Externally facilities were very clean and tidy. The room itself was dissapointing, very tired , carpets not very clean and furniture well past its sell by date. Beds were comfortable however the hotel needs to focus on upgrading the rooms with a re decoration and new furniture and definitely new carpet. Have stayed here before and the rooms have definitely gone backwards. Loved the location and the work being done on the external and working internal areas. Would not stay here again unless the rooms are upgraded.

The young lady at the desk who worked 3-11pm then 6am-3pm was AWESOME. The breakfast had no plates, silverware, eggs, bacon, fruit, OJ, apple juice, water at 8:45am. The guy never checked and hide behind not knowing English. He doesn’t need to know English to look at the supplies. The girl at the desk was the one who brought out the juices and water. No eggs ever came. The manager was off so she wasn’t able to help.
The room 523 is awful, old ran down and the carpet is disgusting. The furniture has burn marks and hard to open drawers. It is so dark even with the drapes open. The room needs a facelift badly. This is my second stay here and my room in Jan was a better and so was the breakfast. What happened? I understand the lobby is getting some work done but that is no excuse for poor leadership and horrendous breakfast experience.
The outdoor area is very nice.
